The Bissell Spinwave is extremely fun to use. You wouldn't expect that out of cleaning equipment but the Spinwave is really smooth and can easily be moved from room to room. It glides against the floor leaving a nice shine and a great smell. The cord is long enough to clean an entire room and the tank is large enough to spray the entirety of your cleaning space with two options( small area or large area). I find that small area is enough for most cleaning jobs. Not only does it make your floor shiny but depending on the pad you're using you can also remove stains and hardened mud. The Bissell cleaning formula that's provided smells really good but the bottles aren't big enough for weekly use. They will run out fast if you clean weekly. I find that this mop is great for eliminating odors caused by pet excrement as well. My dogs are scared of the mop because it spins so they don't shred it apart like other normal mops which is a plus. Overall, the Bissell Spinwave gets the job done and is extremely​ fun to use which is worthy of 5 stars.

I was initially a bit skeptical of the need for a powered mop, but decided to give it a shot anyway and I am SO glad I did. PROS: Ease of use - Although the mop is very solidly built, the spinning motion of the heads combined with the articulating motion of the handle makes it a breeze to control. Also, having the cleaning solution at the touch of a button was extremely convenient. Finally, being able to complete my entire main floor cleaning without stopping to clean the pads was awesome! Quality of clean: The spinning motion of the heads produces a nice, even clean. Along with the ability to control the level of cleaning solution spray, it was very easy to see exactly where my cleaning lines were. The multi-surface solution spray provided was also very good. It cleaned fully and evenly and quickly left a streak-free clean on my hard wood floors. CONS: None for me! All in all this is a superior product to anything I have used in the past to clean my floors. I HIGHLY reccomend this product.

Before this Bissell SpinWave, I used a regular Swiffer Sweeper Dry & Wet cleaner. Having pets means I have to clean my floors a little more than the average person and with the stiffer sweeper it was easy becase all I would need is to put a wet cloth on and mop away, quickly and easily. BUT the SpinWave makes it even easier now! It's very easy to assemble, use and clean your floors. It comes with small bottles of cleaning solution, 2 regular pads and 2 scrubbing pads. The instructions are clear and the mop glides across the floor. You don't have to put a lot of muscle into using it. It'd be great for someone who is smaller or older to clean their floors. I have laminate flooring and tile flooring and both cleaned up so well! I was able to do my kitchen, dining room and living room all on one fill. The tighter spaces were a little easier to get to as well compared to the swiffer. Clean up was easy and the Bissell doesn't take up that much space in my closet!

This is an electrically powered mop meant for hard floor surfaces. In my home, that means laminate and vinyl flooring in the hallways and kitchen. The unit came with one set of pads attached (soft) and another set (scrubbing) separately. It also comes with 2 small bottles of Spring Fresh-scented cleaning solution for the spray nozzle on the unit. In the middle of my floors, I felt it did a good job of cleaning. It wasn't particularly loud, which is a plus. In some tough areas, I did go spray and go over messes twice: once with scrub and then once with soft. While the handle does allow the unit to swivel, I had a hard time using it in corners. That said, given the speed and ease in which I did the central areas I didn't really mind taking a moment to touch up corners. The corner issue is my only negative.

We have hardwoods. We have three cats and one dog. All of them make house cleaning a daily chore by shedding, tracking, spilling and potty accidents. We have used other floor cleaning implements of different types. I am very partial to this one after getting it. It has washable cloth re-usable scrubbing pads that hold up very well to use and cleaning, better than the disposale swiffer type. The swirling/scrubbing motion with the spray action out the front seems to do a great job of cleaning and almost polishing the wood floors. This is getting a lot of use in our house. It does a great job and has replaced all of the others that we had tried previously. It is easy to use and works as advertised.

After moving to a smaller living place, I thought this will be too much. However, I was surprised how easy it is to pack and hide. I am used to the lighter contraptions where you just put a sheet on it and you start wiping your floors. This Bissell is way heavier than that. However, you do not need a long space to store it. The handle snaps off and you can stow it away easily. Cleaning is pretty easy. I do not have to keep replacing my "sheets" like what I was used to. The only downside is that mop, you "need" to use the suggested liquid that comes with it. I am still looking for an alternative to that. Overall, it keep my floors clean easily with added features (vs. just the usual "wiping stick") and is easy to store.

The round bottom cleaning mechanisms fail to get into corners the way I wish they would.

I was hoping it would scrub tile floor & grout but fell far short of my expectations

So, since I bought a house with tile floors throughout the first level, I've been looking at cleaning appliances. My first go was a steam mop, especially after initial move in where there was some ground in stains in the floor. I found the mop worked ok, but a lot of effort was still needed to get at those stains. Eventually, I found other uses for the steam mop, so it's still around, but hardly used on the floors. Next up, the Bissel SpinWave. The spinning pads would provide agitation that my last mop did not. And it dealt with those hard to scrub stains pretty well. So, on that front, job well done. The mop is easy to move around and maneuverable, but relative to some corners, it is too big and you can't quite clean some areas. The mop is otherwise easy to us and makes the work of cleaning floors take the time I expected it to originally take when I bought the first mop for this house. I give it three stars because it gets the basic job done, but I didn't feel there was anything else about the mop worthy of superior acclaim. The included pads while washable, don't seem that durable, so likely a consumable item. The spray liquid has the same issue. I suspect long term use will determine whether the mop continues to be used, or slowly becomes a closet hog as I pass on replenishing it's pads and fluids.

This Bessel floor mop is excellent. It is basically a small hand held version of a floor scrubbing machine. It has two circulating scrubbers and a manual sprayer so no need to dip a mop in a water bucket any more. It has enough weight to it that you need not use elbow grease to get tough stains to be removed. My wife loves it and actually likes it better than the steam mop that we have. It is very easy to assemble and even easier to use. Definitely recommend for tile or wood floors.

Assembly is minimal and quite easy to accomplish, leaving it ready for use just minutes out of the box. Simple instructions and ease of use. Cleaned up a lot of surface dirt, and dug in a bit, but didn't remove everything. When cleaning the pads, delicate or gentle cycle will not work to get them clean; they seem to be made of good material, but unsure what washing on regular will do for their longevity.

This Bissell mop has been great for cleaning hardwood floors. It makes it fast and easy. It does a much better job then those Swiffer-looking mops and doesn't leave a lot of the water solution behind. And being able to throw the pads into the wash is very nice as well. You can really see the difference in your floors after using the mop.

Great concept but left my laminate hardwood floors looking terrible! Streaks, film looking and brush marking everywhere

My wife and I have been using manual swiffer mops for the past few years and they usually do a nice job. We were excited to use this Bissell electric hard floor mop as it would save on the manual swiffering effort. The Bissell mop is more on the heavier side but I don't mind that as much since it feels solidly built. It does a good job of cleaning the floors with dual spinning mop heads. The spinning mop heads does make the mop challenging to navigate. The mop tended to pull to one side or the other depending on how the mop is oriented at that moment. I got used to this more but it may be difficult for other users to adjust to this. Mop contains a water container you have to fill so that you push a button to spray the floor in front of the mop then run the spinning mop heads over that wet area. Overall the Bissell did a good job of cleaning and saves us from exerting all that energy from manually mopping. Overall I recommend this Bissell and think it is a good value for the price. It takes getting used to handling and steering the mop and may not be for everyone. Mop heads are easy to change out. PROS: +Good Value for the money +Feels solidly built +Cleans pretty well +Easy to change mop heads. CONS: -On the heavier side -Little challenging to handle/steer

I found this very easy to use and lightweight making it so easy to move around the kitchen floor and much less work than a mop and dragging a bucket around. As long as I keep using it regularl without letting the floors get too dirty, it will be a breeze to keep the kitchen floor clean from now on.

So I got this product free in exchange for my honest review and let me just say.. I would have spent money on it ANY DAY!! It was easy to put together very very minimal assembly. It was just a matter of snapping the base into place. It comes with 2 bottles of solution very small but it will get you quite a few small uses or a couple of large area uses. Instructions seemed a bit overwhelming but they turned out to be very easy. Looks more intimidating than it is. The moment I turned it on I was surprised (hard wood surface) it just took off the motion is AMAZING and fluid gets everything up. The carpet use wasnt bad but it seemed to spread it around need to test that out a little more and maybe revise but that still didnt change my view of the product. (used it when my dog went on the carpet) This is a must buy! The solution smells great and the idea itself of a buffer like mop that you can use on the carpet as well had me sold!

Bad product cheap quality totally useless Don't work properly and don't have a strong cleaning power to scrubs the floor

I have had this a week and love it. It's lightweight and easy to use.It is also very quiet.

I have all solid floors, and this is so easy to use. Makes all my floors shine. You do need to sweep first, then use the machine but cleans great, pretty quiet and won't run away from you.

The Bissell SpinWave Powered Mop is a great addition to the cleaning products in my household. I have a dog that just cannot learn the concept of potty training - so this has been great to pull out to clean up messes. It was very easy to assemble. The water bottle and adding the cleaning solution is very easy to use. Mush easier than my steam mop. The pads are easy to clean and put back on. I really like the way it stands on its own unlike other mops. You don't have to lean it up against anything. This has been great to keep my tile clean!
