I did not purchase Best Buy insurance. Good luck with Bissell. I just bought the same product by Shark with the insurance. Unfortunate that product is so unreliable and MFG makes it impossible to get warranty work. My advice is get the Shark and buy the 3 year plan from Best Buy.

It overheats and shuts down every 40-50 seconds. you constantly have to monitor and turn on and off the steamer so that it doesnt shut off the mop. I m buying a better one which can stay on while steaming.
