Tile looks ans feels clean

It really cleans my tile floors great. It comes much cleaner than a regular mop and i only use distilled water in it. It heats up pretty quickly. It came with 2 sets of scrubber pads.

I did not purchase Best Buy insurance. Good luck with Bissell. I just bought the same product by Shark with the insurance. Unfortunate that product is so unreliable and MFG makes it impossible to get warranty work. My advice is get the Shark and buy the 3 year plan from Best Buy.
