I was barely anle to use it 5 times to mop, it stays in the same place making a meas of water, I’ve tried everything and nothing works

No mapping and the battery doesnt last long at all buy no mapping is more of an issue

I love how great this cleans floors, at first we didn’t remove the white tabs on the side and it kept running into stuff and we thought it was broken. After reading online about them I took them out and it functions great!

fully charged battery will last you 5-10 mins max. overall poor performance.

I did not like it. I couldn’t pair the software with my cellphone. The robot stock in every part of the house.

Christmas gift for my wife. She ate it up to start automatically twice a day. Super cool to watch and it does a fantastic job!!

If I could return this robot; I would. Battery doesn't last long and it doesn't vaccum well. Mop is not as efficient as I thought.

Better dies off faster than 4 hours I feel. And it gets stuck a lot. The mops don’t clean as good as I wanted to but I’m the end it does it’s job

it got stock in the same place and many times I had to hold it and change it to another place in the house so it could continue vacuum and moping

Mops well, but absolutely terrible navigation. It can't handle corners. Leaves a large distance from the wall where much of trash accumulates and not getting collected. Moves in one place instead of covering the whole room. Thanks to Best Buy's customer service - I returned it.

Vacuum works great. I have not used the mop option yet

This cleaner works great. We have a roomba for vacuuming but this one picked up more dirt than the roomba right after it ran. The mopping portion works great on the tile and hard wood floors. Great little robot for spot cleaning

This is great. I have a lot of tile in my house and it is great for scrubbing the floors. I just set it up and let it. I also like the way it cleans my rugs.

Tried my Spinwave out for the first time and I was very pleased with the results. I allowed the product to perform while I was sleeping and awoke to a clean floor. Possibly looking forward to purchasing a secondary product for my upstairs game room.
