Not the best

The wet part kept dumping lots of water unevenly on floor and vacuum part vacuumed good but debris stayed at brush not in trash bin. Bissell replaced unit The new unit Works better but occasional the mop still just soaks an area for no reason. It gets stuck much more than my old irobt did under edge of legs of furniture. The round disk get hung very easy.

Bissell Spinwave

Battery kept dying and found the machine out of batteries in the middle of the house. It didn’t even any power reserve la to make it back to it charging pod. This is worse than the shark vacuum cleaner that lasted 6 more months longer than this Bissell.

The only flaws are that it does not have a mapping feature, and it sometimes struggles on the transitions from hard wood to area rugs.

The app is very easy and it breaks everything down to letting you know what piece needs to be replaced if needed. I haven’t had any issues!
