    I got to use this Bissell robot mop 1. time when I went to take the scrub pads off to wash them I got 1 off fine the other brush no matter how hard I tried it would not come off!

    It was terrible! I read a lot of reviews about how good it was. It got hung up every time I used it. Took it back 2 days after I got it.

    Ok, so hope this helps someone. We purchased our SpinWave on May 31st, 2021. As of today Nov. 13th, 2022 the battery will not hold charge, just over 18 months of use. The unit is scheduled to run every morning through the week, we have pets so this guy works hard and does a very good job at keeping the house clean. With this being said let me walk you through what you should expect from it. It will clean, and it will mop, the mopping pads don't last very long as they are THIN.... we remove them and gently wash them by hand every other day..... but they don't last. Don't expect the unit to mop your floors clean if you have not ran a normal mop through for weeks, it's meant to maintain your floors and not work miracles. As for sweeping I have no concerns, it does the job as long as you keep the bin empty regularly. My biggest concern and complaint is the WARRANTY, 1 year on LABOR only.... not parts! And to my luck the unit is just out of warranty, somewhat happy we bought the unit on sale, but still out a few hundred dollars. Would I recommend it to anyone???? YES and NO.....YES due to the one feature that sets it apart from the others is the mopping, but again it is meant to maintain your floors and not perform a full deep clean, If it wasn't for this I would prefer our Roomba i2 (cleans another part of the house) over this unit any day. And NO because I would expect the battery to last much longer not to mention the subpar WARRANTY. No to find a replacement battery because according to BISSELL support they don't SELL/SUPPORT battery replacements....... With all this being said, would I buy again if I knew all this??? NO.
