Have a pet that has occasional accidents. Bissell SpotBot quickly and easily cleans the spot. Has a deep clean option that works very well. Just press a button and it does all the work.

This machine is fantastic. I like the option to press a button and let the spotbot do it’s magic. Has done really well with stain and odor removal. Great product

Absolutely love this! Small enough to store in an apartment but works amazing on stains from dog and kids.

I specifically bought for my carpeted stairs. I was tired hauled my upright carpet cleaner. Now, for some reason my kids and dog decided I should use it often. I've cleaned up: *Vomits *Juice spills *Ice cream spills (chocolate) *Mud *Car upholstery and carpet It works wonders! Its primary storage was supposed to be in the garage, but I've had to use it so much, it's now in my study room. Ready at a moment's notice. And BTW, my dad got jealous and he bought the same one too!

Perfect for that one spot. Cleans as it should. Easy to use. Lightweight. Makes it easy to move around.

I love the lightweight and ease of moving the Spotbot to a new loc. I am able to do other tasks while it does the work.

I have a new puppy and with accidents everyday this is great. Easy to use & small enough to store out of the way.

I would have given a 5 star but there are two things I would like to see in a future/updated model. (1) The hose for the hand washer is a thick plastic that will crack over time. I bought the GeekSquad warranty with this unit and sure enough about 1 year later the hose cracked. I was able to return it and get a new one using the GeekSquad warranty. Bissell needs to address this issue. (2) The circle for cleaning would be better if it were a bit bigger. It does the job and works really great, but if it could only cover 2"-3" additional diameter it would be much better. Otherwise, it cleans up dog/cat accidents, wine, and other stains very well - completely automated... hit the button and come back in 10 minutes for a clean area.

We got a new puppy and she has a hard time getting someone to take her outside . Nobody likes cleaning up after her I decided to try this Bissell SpotBot portable carpet cleaner and it is a great carpet cleaner . Easy to set it up and very well made . Plus it makes the carpet lookl like never happened.

I got a new puppy and needed a small machine during pet training and for small spills. This machine is perfect and easy to use and maintain. And, requires little storage space.

This spot cleaner works fine for regular cleaning. It is lightweight and easy to clean. The handle for the machine was a bit awkward. I would prefer it with wheels so I can move the machine easily.

After having tried it on fresh and old accident spots, it did not seem effective. I do love that it was fairly easy, but you kind of have to use the wand unless you forever want dark disc shaped carpet spots. The cleaner honestly seemed to make it worse. The smell during cleaning is so strong and days later, the spot retained a dog smell, but with a sticky sweet chemical backing now. I will be trying a different cleaner in the future. The machine itself I would give 4 stars... the cleaner 1 as it just has not seemed to be effective, seems to darken the carpet so you have a permanent mark, and did not really tackle the smell. Switching to an enzyme cleaner.

I had a similar spot bot for about 4 years. This works well for small spills and stains and pet mistakes and throw up. Only issue I had with my old one was the plastic hose got a hole in it and after trying to tape it up I just bought a new spot bot. For the price you can’t beat it. I don’t think it works as well on a pole street but does great for your carpets and rugs.

Needed a good quality carpet cleaner for quick jobs. Have 2 large dogs that have infrequent accidents. Needed a good cleaner for smaller clean up jobs. Was a little skeptical but just set on the soiled area and walk away... it does the work. Takes a few times over the area... but better than dragging out the larger cleaner. So far so good

We have a house with two dogs that occasionally have accidents, and have been impressed with this cleaner's ability to extract out the remains of the accident and leave no odor in the carpeting. We love the ability to set it on the spot, turn it on, and walk away. Since it is new, we don't know how durable it will be over the long haul.

This little guy does an amazing job cleaning up after everything that is tossed at it. Just set it and it removes the stain no issues. I find it a lot easier than getting on my hands and knees and scrubbing for unknown amount of time. This is a dream for removing stains all wrapped up in one little package.

This vacuum is a lifesaver once I got my new puppy. It really removes stains from the rugs that he made a mess of. I actually also used it on some chairs in my office and the water came out black which showed how great of a job it did really getting the dirt and stains out. Really happy I purchased this.
