My dog likes to mark and I seriously hate it and the smell. Whenever I spot an accident I put the spot bot in it and have no problem! It even took care of old stains. The only thing I don’t like is it leaves A circle on the carpet. But I just vacuum over it when it dries.

Works exactly as described. Use for spot cleaning or for cleaning upholstery. I would not recommend if you plan on cleaning a large area. this is made for spot cleaning and does a great job at it.

just leave it on the mess and push the button. Come back when it's done. I would recommend using the little suction tube on the area after because it does leave a bit of extra water on the deep clean mode. Really gets the job done well though.

This little machine is too good. I end up with these beautiful pristine little circles that used to be colored by spilled juice or dog pee. Now I have to shampoo the rest of my carpet to make them match.

Easy to set up. Very powerful suction. Easy to clean. You can use it with the wand for cleaning upholstery or the stairs or you can spot clean by setting it down and let it clean on its own. This is a must have for pets.

I got a new dog and after an accident on the floor decided to buy a spot bot. This has been a life saver when he's gotten sick or the couple times where I've not taken him out soon enough and he's had accidents on the floor. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

I didn't want to shampoo my entire carpet, just a few spots that my puppy surprised me with. This Bissell SpotBot was just the tool. It did a great job cleaning up urine stains. Dried fast as well. I got a great price from Best Buy, too.

The new SpotBot works even better than the original version we bought many years ago. The old still works with the wand but not the automatic spot cleaning. The new one seems to spot clean even deeper and more thoroughly and gets the cleaned area a bit more dry as well.

I live in a home with all wood flooring but I do have area rugs and cloth furniture WITH kids. This is extremely handy for spot cleaning on many different things, I've even used it to clean my cars seats and floor boards.

I like the way the water tank sits up on a counter tip when puring the solution. I had an older model even though the cleaning head seems to clean a smaller area. I like the improvements that was made to this model.

It sucks, it cleans, it’s a machine! Never thought anything so vile could come out of our Golden Retriever and this cleaned it up. What exactly was “it”.... a combination of dirt, poop, grass and vomit. You can put it on the board for SpotBot.

As our dog has gotten older she has had a few accidents throughout the house, the SpotBot did a great job and you couldn't even tell after it was done running! I was surprised at how far one full tank can actually go, overall fantastic product!

With a new puppy in the house, accidents happen. Rather than get out the big bulky cleaner, this works great on spots, when "Spot" isn't exactly spot on the pee-pee pad. Was easy to put together and light enough to let me do the staircase.

This is replacing a very old SpotBot. I read the new reviews and saw some complaints. I have nothing but good things to say about this. I own dogs and cats and have children. This has been a life saver and I find it easy to use

We have an older cat who often throws up liquid on our carpets. It's usually clear so I'm sure there are spots we don't even know about, but when we catch it this "robot" handles it. I know there are reviews that say these break down after a few months but ours is going strong for well over a year with frequent use. Honestly, if it stopped working right now I would go buy the exact same one. We've already gotten our moneys worth after the first 6 months.

I am not an expert on rug cleaning machines; but this Bissell worked. Actually, my wife used it to clean our oriental carpets--not the whole thing just certain areas or spots especially where our little old dog had peed. It is a small machine which made it easy to use, move around, clean and store.

We have pets and when there is a accident..I can place spotbot on top of ot and choose regular or deep clean...throughly cleans spot...or I can use the hand held attachment...LOVE IT.

Upgraded from an older model and this one beats it by a mile. It's much more powerful and the deep clean brush works well over the wand for stubborn stains.

I have an elderly dog and a small child and could not live without this spot cleaner. It helps clean up the little messes until we can clean the carpet in that room.
