    This is an amazingly effective-and space saving tool. Though I do wish it had an accessory that allowed me to stand up at times- the model is intentionally not designed as a stand-up, and it’s an acceptable trade-off! I can use it on upholstery, and on rugs. Our rugs are Kilims, orientals, and Gabee(sp?)- all low/no pile. It does the job on all. PS: FYI, we are dirty producing people with pets- our own, and visiting!

    Good machine, does what it suppose too. The hose is a little fragile but if you aren’t rough with it I am sure it will last. The spot function is a little off center but once you figure out where to place it, it works just fine.

    Owning a cat and dog, I don’t want my house smelling like it! They get on my furniture along with me. I use this to clean my furniture good, deep down and not just covered up with nice fragrance. I want it clean, and this does it good!

    It does what we want it to do - removes the spots, but now our carpet it lighter in those spots! We have contractor grade carpet, so it is not the best, and probably dirty all the way around...
