With 2 dogs and 2 cats we've had no problem finding uses for this! Very easy to use. Just simply grab and take to the room where the offense has occurred, put over the spot, plug it in and press one of the option buttons. Seems to do a pretty decent job, although set in stains can still be a problems sometimes (as expected).

This is a great little carpet cleaner! I have a new puppy that's not completely housebroken yet. The Spot Bot does the trick! Easy to use, refilling and emptying is a snap.

Not to get too graphic, but this cleans up all kinds of animal messes. Haven't had a lot of human spills to clean up, but I am sure this would do great on those as well.

Purchased to clean up any dirt we or our dog brings in and it works great. We have 2 area rugs, a small rug and a runner. So we use this to clean them as opposed to buying a full size vacuum. It's a lot of work, but we expected that with a handheld device. The small size is perfect for tucking away. it definitely cleaned the rugs up with just the handheld brush. The spot cleaner is perfect for setting and walking away. I only wish it had a heater for the water as opposed to refilling.

This little machine is perfect. We have 2 puppies potty training and the Bissell was able to get up not only the new marks but also previously stained carpets from a machine that didn’t do its job. I am incredibly impressed with this little thing!!!!! Great Price

I bought this because my dog started to have a little problem when it storms. I have to say it works great for what I need. If you have a tough old stain you will have to run it a few times but for the ones you can get to quick it cleans it up like a champ. The hand attachment works well and is a nice added tool. The hose leaks a little at times when using the hand tool but when using the bottom brush I haven't noticed any leaks. I would give it 5 stars if it had a heater but besides that I don't have any complaints.

Takes out smell, leaks a bit from dirty water holding tank and the hose fitting. The cleaning products smell great. Giving item only four stars due to the leak from the hose and dirty water tank also the fact that the products are pretty expensive. If you have pets that have accidents this will help a great deal and it does all of the work for you. ** Note** I do not store my unit full of cleaner like other people suggest, I was told that doing this will make the seals weak and cause leakage under the unit. I keep the unit under my sink and store it on a towel sometimes there is a little left over water that gets under the carriage. Really does not bother me. My dogs are old and have frequent accidents so this product keeps my home smelling fresh.

This works great for cleaning up minor spills or drips on carpet. It also works great to clean up puppy accidents. It's handy & easy to use. We have one & also bought one for our daughter.

My wife and i have pets and of course that means the occasional accident. It is very handy to grab this and set it on the spot and push a button. The machine goes to work while we can do other things we may have going on.

We recently got a dog and of course and of course accidents came with. Used this on an area rug and it worked wonders. Directions to use were simple and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has carpet or rugs.

This has been great for times when dogs have been left alone a little too long. Get this out, fill, set it and Forget It! Seriously, we feel much better after running this on annoying spots on carpet.

This little carpet cleaner is way better than I expected it to be. Not only does it clean up fresh accidents but it also removed discoloration from l coming from the garage that our upright couldn't even remove!

If you have a pet or a small one, I totally recommend this product. It does all the work for you! I suggest you buy their cleaning products.

This machine cleans up all sorts of messes with ease. Cleans carpets and rugs without thinking and also clean upholstery on furnature better than the professional guys.

great for spot cleaning but brings carpet back to a cleaner condition then rest of carpet next time would have bought a full use carpet cleaner vs one for just spots

Works great for cleaning up after 2 puppies! Only complaint is that the rubber piece on the bottom of the dirty water container keeps coming out.

This product almost works too well. We are now in search of a full size carpet cleaner so we don't have a few super clean circles on our carpet.

We have a new puppy that has frequent accidents in the house. SpotBot has done an excellent job of removing the entire stain each and every time.

I bought this for my daughter who has a cat and a small dog. She also has a one year old son that crawls around the floor and will put anything in his mouth. She uses this to clean up after all of them and it works wonderfully. Easy to use. Light and portable. Cleans wonderfully and then fits on its shelf in the pantry, ready for the next emergency. A real fine cleaner for carpet, upholstery, drapes and really anything else.
