This item does everything that you would expect it to and does a great job. We went back over our recliner after using a different shampooer and it looked like chocolate milk!

No issues so far. Only comment as others had mentioned - when running in auto mode you should come back with the wand after to suck up the additional liquid.

The spot cleaning systme is awesome for small pet accidents or little area cleaning. The system needs to be cleaned out every time it's used, a hepa filter would be a nice touch.

Rescued a 3 month old pup and this was our next best purchase. We've had dogs before and wished we had this from the beginning. Time saver and cleans everything.

We absolutely love our Spotbot!!! It cleans pet stains with ease. Just set it right on top of the stain and walk away. So easy to use and clean. Also works great on furniture!!!

I like this portable spot cleaner. Serves its purpose but I will get the big Pet carpet cleaner as this on does more with more accessories.

I'd had this spot cleaner before but lost it in a move, so I was very glad to see they still sell it. With two cats and a dog, it does great at cleaning carpets.

Straight out of the box the SpotBot was ready to work. With a quick skim of the instructions two adults and a pre-teen were looking for stains in our carpets to clean. We really enjoy being able to give spots another go with the handvac if you think the SpotBot didn't do a good enough job. Very satisfied with this product.

This product is a must have for pet owners with cats or dogs. It does an awesome job with fresh or existing stains. We use it on carpet and furniture.

Bought this to help during puppy potty training. It is so easy to use that my 12yr old asks if he can run it :)

When I say it's the best thing I brought I mean it.... I use it 4 a spot on my bed it went from black back to white... and I got to be lazy, by leaving it on the spot and walking away. Normally I do the most and over work myself. I was thinking I finally can do the most with little work. FINALLY a product that delivers what it promises.

I will preface this review by saying I have a very elderly cat with digestive troubles. Previously I would find myself on the floor with resolve trying to clean one of many spots. Upon finding this machine at a decent price, I knew I had to have it. The ability to set it and forget it is an extreme time saver. I come back to clean carpet and no annoyance. A single fill on the machine can clean 5-6 spots on standard mode, and 3-4 on deep clean. The cleaning cycle is 3 minutes on standard and 6 minutes on deep clean. Far easier and significantly faster than busting out my full-size carpet cleaner and cleaning an entire room. I absolutely love this and have already bought another for a family member. Definitely recommended.

Every new puppy should come with one of these. It's very portable and does a good job with p33 spots, removing them completely. Deuces are removed, but there was still slight discoloration in the carpet. My biggest compliant is that this thing is loud. Though that worked to help get our puppy accustomed to the vacuum.

We absolutely love our SpotBot. It is very convienient and lightweight to carry and clean up accidents left behind from our dogs!

Seems to work well for spot cleaning after our new puppy has an accident. Is a bit heavy but very easy to use.

My girlfriend had a new puppy and I picked this up for those potty training accidents. Works great!

Spot Bot works as well or better than previously owned model. Easy to set up and use. Like that the end of cycle signal sounds only once rather than continually. Cleans in hard to reach areas and does a thorough job. Would like to see that future models will have a way to secure water reservoir to frame.

Love how I can push a button and walk away and it has a hose clearer attachment also
