Super easy to use and it got all of my stains out! Even the ones that I thought were set in. Love it. Use it all the time for spills in my dining area and in my living room. I also have a puppy that has accidents every now and then. Having this handy tool around makes clean ups easy and quick. Love love love!

Small and can bring out for small spots. Carpet is almost dry when done and does a good job removing the stain.

I bought this as a replacement for an older model that broke. I thought I loved my first one but I really love this one. The convenience for one. Just set it and let it do its thing or you can manually clear the spots yourself. It's also lightweight and easy to move around.

Item works great for small jobs, easy to store and carry around. Only problem is you’ll have one spot cleaner than the rest of the carpet, and it’ll be noticeablely cleaner which will make you want to clean the whole area, but obviously this isn’t meant for cleaning large areas. If you don’t mind having one cleaner spot, than this works fine, otherwise just get an upright and clean the whole carpet.

Easiest way to remove a spot on your carpet. Easy set up, just add cleaner and hot water. Set it on top of the stain press the start button, that's it. I was surprised at how well it worked. Good tip is to add a teaspoon of Oxyclean to the water for tougher stains. 1 stain was pretty bad so I just ran the cleaning cycle 3 times and it was gone. No manual rubbing or scrubbing is the best part.

This item is amazing and I’m not sure how we had pets or kids without it. What a lifesaver!

I'm impressed at how well this little machine picked up old pet stains. The machine is nice and compact without being too heavy and it's cleaning cycles are short (6 minutes for the set in stain setting and 3 minutes for surface stain setting). My only complaints are I wish the dirty water tank held more because if you're using it on multiple spots or moving it around for a larger stain you're emptying that tank about every 3-4 uses and it stops sucking when it reaches the fill line. My second complaint isn't really a complaint other than that it cleans so well I should probably get out our larger steam vac to even out the clean dots all over my carpet.

Bought this to clean up after a couple of pet accidents on carpet inside. It worked exactly as described. Easy to use and great results. I then tried it on some stains that had been in the carpet since we moved in and it cleaned them too. Love this!

As opposed to getting down on my knees to use any other floor spot cleaner. Works fantastic. This is my 2nd one (1st one lasted about 5 years, by the way). Well worth the investment.
