Easy and gas to use on spills and puppy mishaps. . .great product

We only have 2 rooms with carpet so we wanted something small. With a 4 month old puppy in the house this thing has worked wonders! It cleans up even the toughest stains and old ones as well!

This was a replacement for a BISSELL SpotBot. This is a handheld mode only. It cleans carpets very well. My only issue with the unit is it is Loud.

Got this for my wife because she has been wanting a smalle steam cleaner for our rugs and some of the furniture. Does a great job of getting everything clean and is very easy to use.

We bought this vacuum because my son is allergic to dogs and we needed a vacuum with a hepa filter. We still have 2 dogs but seem to be able to keep his allergies under control by vacuuming 1/day!

This machine gives the perfect match of power and convenience for quick jobs. I use it for small spills and it works great when cleaning my car. The reservoir unfortunately, does not hold a lot of dirty water so you must empty the tank frequently.

I had someone spill soda on my carpet and used this spot cleaner to remove the stain. The stain was completely gone and only took about 20 mins of using the machine. The size of machine is nice storage

Love this product. Used it to help clean up a spot my dog left at my bfs apartment and he went out and bought one too because it's amazing. Handy, not to big, powerful clean!

Very basic heated cleaning machine. Works well, and is simple to use. Fairly easy to clean out when done.not bad at all for the money.

The product does feel a bit flimsy but it works. My dog had an accident on the carpet and left a pretty bad stain. I didn't get this product until probably 3 days afterwards and assumed the stain had set but I tried to deep clean the carpet a couple of times with this vacuum and it was able to completely remove the stain. I'd say the odor was 90% removed but still lingered a bit. Overall pretty happy with the product. Not sure about long-term durability but i don't plan to use it too often so should hold up for at least a few years.

I purchased this BISSELL SpotClean ProHeat 5207U handheld deep cleaner mainly to clean the messes that one can expect from kids (milk, hot chocolate, apple juice, orange juice and other such stuff) and so far it's been working superb. If you care about your investment and want the carpet (or upholstery) to last longer, spend a few to get this cleaner. The suction on this unit is really strong and even if you spill a gallon of water and use it to suck all the water out it will do a perfect job, leaving the carpet in a slightly moist condition that can dry in an hour or so at normal room temperature. I would definitely recommend it to all budget conscious buyers who want more value for their money.

I have 2 dogs and 3 cats. My newest dog is a 6 month old puppy. He isn’t potty trained yet because he’s a bad dog so he poops and pees EVERYWHERE. Also he gets car sick so he ends up throwing up and peeing in my car. This vacuum cleans up every single mess. It cleaned up 2 years worth of stains in my carpet, completely eliminated the smell of vomit from my car, and just overall cleans and sanitizes everything. This is a god send. If you’re on the fence about this vacuum, just do it. You won’t regret it.

I bought this instead of the one specifically for pets and am happy with it. Takes out the stains in no time. Great machine for the price.

We have several dogs in our home and this thing does great on those occasional messes. Quick and easy to use, it even took up an old stain from a litter box that was years old.

This little machine works well for small stains and spills. It’s just the right size and it’s easy to store.

It is perfect as a spot cleaner. Not heavy and easy to use. My only complaint is the small hole for the dirty water makes it difficult to clean.
