Works well for small areas and automobiles. Lifts dirt well. It will surprised you how dirty things can get as they will not appear dirty.

It is very effective on pet stains. Also the amount of dirt it removed from an otherwise very clean looking sofa was quite astonishing. Works far better than any similar carpet/upholstery cleaner I ever used before.

The unit is very easy to use and did a great job both spot cleaning as well as cleaning an entire mattress top. It stores so conveniently with a place for every piece built into the unit.

We mostly got this for the puppy we get. It’s great at those little spills. Sucking power is not all that great but it does a good job.

The vacuum works well for spot cleaning. The flexible hose allows you to clean any size spot and clean at different angles to clean both with and against the carpet grain. In addition, the cleaning tank lets you fill a small amount for a few spot stains or a larger amount for larger stains, which is important since the cleaning solution works better with hot water. The only detraction is it can take time to clean, especially set-in stains, and you can't set it on a stain and let it clean by itself, like the larger Bissell SpotBot.

We use this for spills around the house as well as cleaning our vehicles. It works great and is easy to refill and dump. We had a previous model before that was harder to dump the waste tank.

Works good but does not keep the water warm. Takes out small stains but if you need it for anything big it would be best to pick something else.
