This machine is awesome. Don't try to use it for a large area but if your pet has an accident it does the trick. I would usually wait to use until a few accidents occurred because it takes a bit to clean out the machine after use. Use this after you have already cleaned up the accident and want to get rid of an after smell or stain

Was going to spend $170 to have our sofa professionally cleaned, but decided to try this instead. Worked wonders, removed stains and pet hair and left then entire thing looking like new. Best is we can now shampoo the couch whenever we want. Would recommend trying this before calling Stanley Steamer.

The Bissell is great for small areas. Cleans great.

I was a little sketchy from the other reviews of how well this would work, but I tried it out and it works amazingly. I got it mainly because of a coffee stain and alcohol spills. The coffee stain actually settled, but when I used this product, it took out the coffee like it was never there.

I have a new dog and it works well when she has accidents.

It's a good cleaner, it's just that it didn't heat up.

I bought this spot cleaner for almost a year now and its been working great since day one. My only complaint is that there is not enough suction to suck out most of the water from the carpet.

I was expecting more from this machine. It's suction power is good, but not as good as you might expect. For superficial stuff is good, but it won't help with more than that

I have a previous version of this type of spot shampooer and it works better than the new design. The new design looks nicer and is more portable but doesn't work as well removing spots.

I filled the water tank to 100% and was only able to suck out less than 15% of the water from my car seat upholstery, which means that 85% of the water remained. I had to air out my car with a fan so that my car would not mold up.

Bought this because our older cat does things where he should not be doing them. Clean up spots very well. Its nice to not have to use the large steam cleaner for small jobs. It has cleaned up very nicely older stained spots to almost new. And had no problem getting up crayon in carpet left by my 2 year old.

Extremely loud ... Couldn't even hear myself think. But it does dry within the hour ir says. And how clean it gets is dependant on you. I returned it. It wasn't for me.
