Worked great on my carpet couch and rug. Didn’t get as clean as I would like but can definitely tell the difference

I have 5 cats and a dog. I can't live without this machine. This is my fourth one. My previous one lasted a couple of years, then the hose broke. But for the amount of use it got, I can't complain. A must have for pet owners.

It cleans really good but the worse part is the hose that’s attached to it. It is extremely short!!!

Needed this to clean up messes from our animals and works great! Satisfying to see the dirty water this thing picks up....as gross as that may sound.

Convenient for cleaning a lot of steps instead of using the attachment from the regular carpet cleaner. Haven't used it on upholstery yet.

Works great for certain jobs. It just doesnt really seem to heat up, and only really forces water/cleaner into fabric then sucks back up.

This item is good for first time spot cleaner users. Wouldn't recommend for heavy duty spots or stains. More like a quick spot cleaner for easy stains!

Purchased to keep on hand for occasional pet stains and car seat shampoos. Had cleaner and water in unit within a few minutes and the unit is super easy to maneuver and use with attachments.

My second unit, this cleaner excels at small jobs and quick clean ups. The only criticism is that the hose where it attaches to the handle is weak.

I use this constantly for furniture and carpets. With pets, it's a must and does a great job. Easy to maneuver and makes cleaning couches and upholstery a breeze. Highly recommend this product.

it does a great job, specially if you use the Bissell stuff to remove tough stains (like the one with oxy), it does a pretty good job plus is a small unit easy to store and handle.

Works well. Wish I had spent a little more for the larger upright that offers upholstery cleaner as attachment. Limited to what you can clean.

I have used this for carpet, couch and a auto car seat. Cleaning was easy. You can see all the dirty water it sucks up. Does not heat up the water only con. Must add hot water to it

I purchased this to clean the interior of a used vehicle. It worked well. It did a good job of removing a stain from the seat.

Plenty of power to do those little jobs your pets or kids leave in the carpets. Really like how small and light it is making it quick to fill and easy to use and clean.

I thought i. Could use it on my bathrooms. Disappointed I couldn't. It works decent on carpet

I've used it several times in my auto and on my couch. It deep cleans and removes the water almost dry to the touch.

Works okay for spot remover. I had to go over the stains a couple of different times. Gets most everything up when it comes to pets.

Was easy to put together and easy to use. I used it on the heavy traffic area in my hallway and it did a fine job.

This is a very handy device for small pet or kid messes.. Not a complete replacement for a large unit, but overall pretty happy.
