Works very good and cleans the carpet very good!!!

We have only tried the cleaner once since buying it. Used on microfiber couch. Got the initial surface dirt out but didn't get deep down clean that we thought it could do.

I purchased this to replace one I'd lost after a move; purchased the "Green Machine" several years ago with a similar form factor which worked very well, and picked up this one (Bissell) for an immediate need at Best Guy in my area. Find that it does not heat water to much of a hot temperature (important for cleaning and drying speed) and the extraction is weak. I'll use this on carpet for spills (when I can get to them immediately) but not for upholstery when good extraction and heat are critical.

We have a dog that has occasional accidents on our carpet. This product is good for a small stain, but you’ll need an upright unit for real jobs.

Used it to clean my stairs it's works well however the water reservoir is too small I keep on emptying it. if you're looking to clean small area this is great

This is perfect for pet stains or if you have limited storage space, but it leaks every time I use it where the hose connects to the machine.

It worked ok. It didn't really remove the stains even after cleaning the area first. It would still not clean the stains.

It worked just fine till the hose started to link. It's hard on the yards when u have more than one spot but I feel it will work for small issues

It's not good for me I have little kid and cat at home, I tried to clean microfiber couch with it. It didnt work well

I really wanted to love this product. Bought a year ago and is already leaking. So all the dirt it picks up gets sprayed everywhere around. Also very loud unit.

I would not recommend this product. It does not have enough suction to do the job right.

I had great expectations for this product. It was difficult to use, made quite a mess over the total floor area and left shadowed spots on the remaining fabric. I was trying to clean my upholstered dining room chairs. I put plastic down underneath the chair before I began. The effect of the spray nozzle was not directed in one, single direction. This occurred whether I used the large or small head. There was not damage done to the wooden legs of the chairs. Although the specific "dirt spots" were removed, it left a ring around them and that ring was not possible to remove once dried. Fortunately, I only completed two of the 10 chairs. I will now have them recovered and throw out the machine. I should have rented first to see if it would work rather than purchase. I did use the recommended cleaning solution.

for the price it works decently. i would only use it on small surfaces.

Basically it works as it is described. It would be nice if the hose was longer. Its only for very small jobs.

Then like most it started leaking and made more of a mess that just using paper towels.

worked pretty good but it does not self heat... you have to add hot water!

I thought this cleaner could work better did not meet my expectations

If I have a quick job that needs to get done the Bissell works fine.
