Wasn't impressed, was a little bulky to lug around

On the 2nd one and leaks in the same place. I exchanged the first one and just thought it was defect in that particular spot where the hose goes into the actual unit. So I exchanged it for the same one and it happened again. I use this machine a lot. I am currently potty training a toddler. I am sad that I really wanted to make it work out. So I am taking it back and thankfully I purchased the 2 yr geeksquad plan.

Don't be fooled by the word HEAT. This cleaner uses Heat Wave Technology which uses the exhaust air, from the motor, to help maintain the temperature of the water in the clean tank. This cleaner does not have a heater.

This is only to be used for small and light stains. Anything more and your eating your time. I have a few drops of red wine and carpet and after 2 hours of scrubbing I was left with a light pink stain.

Not even sure how long I had this but it’s already in the trash since it would leak nasty water all over when u would take it off to dump it yuck

Product did not clean dirt from a rug or a fabric chair seat we had to dry by blotting with towels. However, it did spray water with cleaning solution all over the place. I spent an hour or so hand drying the wood floor and cabinets. Our recommendation is to keep looking or hire someone. Maybe we got a bad one maybe not.

Bought this product to use it to clean my carpet, but I was not impressed. It did not accomplish anything. I returned it the next day.

Poor materials. Cheap construction. I have used this machine three times and the unit already has begun spraying water out of the hose where it makes the connection to the unit. I STRONGLY suggest buying another type of cleaner.

Comprehensive cleaning, however the tank leaks and has continually degraded. I would not recommend this product.

In specification, its mentioned - Cordless, but this is not cordless, its wrong information. Product quality is also not good, it does not remove stain and spot.

It was good for the first 5 months. Now the spray does not work so I have to have a solution in a glass and put it on the carpet when clean it.

It already started to leak....I'll be returning soon. As far as cleaning, it does an average job. Not too impressed.

The handle broke and now it’s no good. It worked great very disappointed I can no longer use it.

Works as intended but doesn't have heater. Box and title is misleading. DOES NOT HEAT UP THE WATER.

I expected more, but it works Okay for small spots. I think I'd buy a larger cleaner next time.

This product is garbage. Doesn’t clean well and broke within the first 6mo.

This thing lasted for 20 minutes before it stopped sucking stuff up. Would not recommend this product. Suggest getting more expensive unit. This one was a dud.

This product sucks. DO NOT BUY. The handle is not build to withstand usage. The hose bends and starts leaking water. Just a waste of my money.

Entirely dependent on how hot the water you initially put in is, does not seem to keep it warm as I felt no heat from the freshly sprayed mixture. Followed all instructions and has not removed a single stain yet. Spend the extra cash and get the full size cleaner.

Difficult to work does not vacuum dirt much hard to assemble
