This product sucks (no pun intended) definitely would not recommend. It doesn’t really suck up the mess and the sprayer doesn’t spray that well

In less than two months of use, smoke and sparks started to appear. The unit's "heatwave" technology burned it. Will be avoiding this brand in the future.

This was my second Bissell spot cleaner and both of them quit spraying solution after a few uses. I will not buy this brand again.

I purchased to clean up the animal smell on my couch. It did not seem like it did anything but make my couch wet all day. When it dried, the smell was still there. Not very effective.

The tube connected to the machine leaked. It spayed water everywhere. It seems like a design flaw.

Would not reccomend. After trying clean up a diarrhea mess from my pup it ended up shooting out through the bottom all over the ground..

This thing was leaking everywhere, I returned it immediately

You are better off buying a spray and trying it out by cloth

The float on the fill tank is WAY to quick to trip the machine off. That tank is only 25% full when it trips for you to dump the dirty fluid out of the tank. That gets old in a hurry. No sooner than you make 8-10 good passes. The suction stops because the float has topped out. That is something that needs to be changed over on the later models and is going to be changed by me on my personal device. 25% is way too early for that float to be tripping off. You spend way too much time dumping out a 36oz. tank with about 12oz. of dirty water in it.

I had this vacuum for 5 years and it was amazing. I have multiple dogs and I used this to help manage their hir on the care seats, in the house and it was magnificent

We bought this after adopting a doggy with some potty-training issues. This thing has been awesome! Our carpet, which used to smell like dog mess even after being treated with spot cleaner, is now fresh and good looking. Makes me feel so much more at ease; I feel like my carpets are truly clean after using this, not just a little less soiled. Easy to use, portable, effective. One issue: after several months of frequent use, the hose sprung a leak, causing the dirty water, once sucked up, to spray back out. I'm disappointed but still think this is a good product for the price and am considering getting a new one with Geek Squad protection.

Amazing value and great product. I feel like I already got my money back with the amount of things I was able to clean. From stairs runner brought back to life to my rugs in high traffic areas with pet stains that now look new, it is awesome! So far I am so happy. I could ask for more suction when vacuuming the water up but if you push enough you get it out. Dry in about an hour.

Recently got a new puppy, so needless to say there are frequent "accidents" to clean up! Decided to buy this unit instead of a full sized machine. I liked the fact that it was small, had separate clean and dirty water tanks, and a long hose that would make it possible to use the machine on stairs and upholstery. After my first use I noticed how bad the suction was - it leaves the spot you just cleaned very wet. Not just damp - but wet, even after many passes. Had to use a towel to soak up more water each time. Then after a few uses it started to leak. As far as upholstery - forget it. I tried it on a couch cushion and it left it totally soaked. And even though we cleaned the machine after most uses it started to smell. So back to Best Buy it went. Very disappointed.

Gets deep dirt out of most anything. Very easy to use.

It's probably a decent cleaner for the house, but it's pretty lousy to use on a car. The hose is too short and it's way too loud for as close as you have to keep the unit to you while you're cleaning. I was really expecting that the suction would be a lot stronger

Bought this for my wife as our old Bissell stopped working after many years. This works as advertised!

Leaks horrifically! I had to do more cleanup after I used this product than before due to the fact that it leaked all over the place. Barely sucked up the water and cleaning solution. My carpet was wet for days!

Just bought this product. While I'm sure it will work well on new stains/spills, it did not work on older stains on my carpet or upholstery. It was also messy (dripped onto my hardwood floors while I was cleaning my rug). The water tanks are not easy to empty (poor design). The unit has poor suction and leaves the "cleaned" area wet for several hours. I so wanted this product to be great. Sorely disappointed.
