The Spot-Clean Pro-Heat allows you to clean any size stain, unlike the Bissell Spot-Bot, which cleans in a circular pattern. Additionally, the Spot-Clean will vacuum up liquid stains (think pet urine) before cleaning, which removes much of the liquid before cleaning, making the clean-up easier. Be aware that the Pro-Heat is created by adding hot water with the cleaning solution to the tank and that there is no internal heating element - this is not a steam cleaner. However, the tank gives you the flexibility to only add as much water and solution to clean small stains (as opposed to filling the whole tank) which means you can always use hot water to clean a stain. The cleaner does require manual cleaning unlike the Spot-Bot, but the flexible cleaning area and tank filling make it a better option than the Spot-Bot.

I had the spot bot pet before this one. I returned the spot bot because it leaked a lot of water and this one is a lot better. The water is very hot and lifts away lots more dirt.

I had some small stains on my rugs and they came right out with this Bissell spotcleaner. Not only did it work well, but it was very easy to set up and use.

Love this appliance for its powerful cleaning ability. It's easy and quick to use. The results are excellent. You'll be glad you have it when unexpected spots show up!

Did just what I needed it to do. The performance was what you would expect from a handheld cleaner. The plush carpet tool was very effective at cleaning deeper stains. I've owned a few of these and in this price range I would say it's the most effective and user friendly.

I was a little concerned by some of the reviews that said this product lacks enough suction to clean stains, but that has not been my experience. I have used this product to clean fairly recent stains and have been happy with the results. The tools are useful for cleaning deeply into our relatively thick carpet. I have not seen any discoloration in the carpet following use of the cleaner that comes with the product. Overall I would recommend this product.

It works when I have a spot too large to tackle with my spot-bot but too small to be worth getting out my full size carpet cleaning machine.

Love this spot cleaner. I have two dogs who at times have accidents. I use the device to cleanup messes from my dogs. Does a wonderful job.

It does a good job cleaning up pet stains.. My only complaint is the suction. It's pretty weak and leaves the carpet pretty wet, but for the price it's pretty much what I'd expect. Also works well on car interiors.

So, this is pretty good for the price. I got it to deal with a pet that will refuse to do her business outside if it is too cold. It does pretty well for smaller spots, but for areas that are more travelled...yeah, it takes some work.

The shampooer is easy to use and the attachments make cleaning a breeze. Storage is also easy.

Handy for small clean up's and for cleaning the car out, however, the dirty water tank is very very small and requires one to empty it out before all the clean water has been used. One will have to empty the dirty water tank two times for every one clean water tank full.

We've only used it once, so far so good... We'll see
