Bissell vacuums die within 8 months.

The first one we purchased had an issue with brush that failed within 4 months with light use. The replacement they sent had a very loud motor that was painful to use so we had to return it. The second replacement was working fine until the wand release button broke due to bad design in about 8 months. They do not have the replacement part. Customer service is good, but the product is subpar. It is time to put it in trash and purchase a more reliable vacuum from a different manufacturer. Not recommended.

Poor experience
