Without the turbo brush you really can't clean carpeted stairs or upholstery that well.

We have 3 dogs and 1 cat and I vacuum every single day and this vacuum has really held up to everything we put it thru. Definitely buy it, it’s worth the investment.

My favorite feature is the lights because it shows every single piece of pet hair. I have two pups and I don't know how I kept my house clean before this vacuum. Love Bissell and will always purchase because of Kathy Bissell and the work she does.

Horrible design

Everytime I use it we have to clean out the top by hand. The canister opens from the top but is blocked. The alternating power from low carpets/tile to regular floor is annoying and cant be switched off. Ive had the vacuum for just short of a year, and this will be the last bissell I own. Absolute waste of money.

I had my shark for 8 years and technology changes. This vacuum works amazing! So glad i changed. My old vacuum broke and after reviews i decided to go with this bissell and so glad i did!
