    Wasn't the greatest, wasn't the worst. Returned due to a weird noise it was making, but overall suction quality could be better.

    We own a medium hair cat and she doesn't shed too much but unfortunately this vacuum can't seem to handle hair well. About every third time we've used this vacuum the roller has seized and we've had to disassemble it to resolve it. Pass on this one.

    I am not a fan at all.. It is hard to get stuff out of the canister.. if there is a clump of some sort, you have to stick your hand up into the icky. The suction never has been very strong. example: Cheerios or grahams dont seem to suck up well :( you cannot reach in for a clog with the way the rollers are situated and not being able to take the cover off.

    Great item only downside is when using the wand and carrying the base it has a seal vacuum leak until you put it back down

    I loooooved this vacuum but it just broke. I bought it back in November. I went through the whole troubleshoot and the only response is to replace the foot but Bissell is out of stock on the foot so I’m out 250.

    Wife says attachments are useless because they scratch our wood floors and pull the fabric when vacuuming rugs. Trying to resel it now as we just replaced it with another brand
