I owned a BISSELL previously. Recently I broke down. What it would have cost to repair it . I put towards a new vacuum. So I upgraded and I’m very pleased with it.

Great vacuum! I don't care for the battery-powered vacuums so this one suits my needs perfectly! I've had Dysons before and I think they are over-rated for their price. Thank you!

I would usually just write something off before penning a negative review. But this machine is so stupid and worthless that I need to broadcast a PSA. Ever since I acquired this machine, I have started to abhor vacuuming because it has become such a challenge to efficiently do so. This is a rather finnicky, highly stupid, awkward and clunky piece of plastic. It just simply won't do what it was intended to do without adding more problems to your life. It is bulky, non-collapsible (for storage purposes) -- oh, but very easily collapses when you're trying to make turns and dig deep into corners, and has random parts sticking out that either dent your expensive furniture or bang your knee. Imagine all this happening all at once AND having to deal with a tangled mess of a cord jungle. And after all this effort, my carpet and hardwood floors are not to my standards clean. I encourage you to spend the money and treat yourself to a decent machine because this is not it. Perhaps I have been well trained and spoiled by my 10+ year Dyson as to how easy, agile and powerful a vacuum should be. And boy do I regret giving it up.

Really dows well picking up our boxers hair. Easy rolling and can get in cramped spots. Very light weight.

This product works great. The amount of dust and dirt it picks up is crazy. Would highly recommend

After months of use I think this is a fair review of this product. It is actually the worst vacuum I have ever owned and am VERY disappointed I have spent the money that I spent on it. I have 2 labs and vacuum pretty regularly throughout the day. This vacuum never picks up all the hair and I often have to sweep first then run the vacuum twice on just an in between cleaning. I have an area rug as well that it does not transition well too and I have to vacuum and then take the hose out to do the edges because it goes into hardwood floor mode! Vacuuming 3 hours a day is not conducive to a productive day!!!

This uses more water than other carpet cleaners that I have used in the past. The bristles really do their job. Just go slow and let the suction work.

Really wanted to give this vacuum a solid review but after a year and a half, the suction died. I do a lot to maintain the vacuum including cleaning and changing the filters on it. It just can't handle pet hair the way that it says it can. I have a chocolate lab and an australian shepherd so this vacuum was used almost daily because of how much they shed.

Its working wonderfully on both hard and soft floor

Vacuum works exceptionally well and helps get all the crevices needed with all the tools it brings.

So far so good. The only thing throwing be off is the part of the vacuum that is a particular color.

I purchased this to replace a Shark vacuum we owned for 7 years that had broken, and parts were no longer available. It works alright, but no where near the suction power of the Shark, I have to go over hard floors a lot more. It preforms like a $99 vac

Great item only downside is when using the wand and carrying the base it has a seal vacuum leak until you put it back down

Wasn't the greatest, wasn't the worst. Returned due to a weird noise it was making, but overall suction quality could be better.

Awesone vacuum. Picks up really well and I like the swivel on it. The lights on it are a cool touch too.

Ilove this product. It was easy to assemble. I love how it adjusts to different floor types.
