It is hard to get stuff out of the canister.. if there is a clump of some sort, you have to stick your hand up into the icky. The suction never has been very strong. example: Cheerios or grahams dont seem to suck up well :( you cannot reach in for a clog with the way the rollers are situated and not being able to take the cover off.

Awful Allergy Vacuum

About every third time we've used this vacuum the roller has seized and we've had to disassemble it to resolve it. Pass on this one.

I bought it back in November. I went through the whole troubleshoot and the only response is to replace the foot but Bissell is out of stock on the foot so I’m out 250.

Sucks good poor attachments and scratches floor

Trying to resel it now as we just replaced it with another brand

Can't handle thick carpeting

I contacted support and their solution doesn't solve the issue. If you have thick carpeting, skip this product.

It is tank without suction! Work ok on hardwood but does not vacuum carpet at all! You have to go over spots multiple times. Do not buy!

Love it!

This was my first bag-less vacuum, so I wasn't sure if I would like it, but I love it! It was much easier to empty than I thought and very minimal dust flying around. Definitely glad I got it!
