If u have long hair n long haired dogs this vac is for u. No more hair to pull out of the roller! Works great. A little on the heavier side but it’s worth it not have to deal with cleaning rollers.

Swivel head is nice ,but when you try to reach low under the coffee table of dinning room chairs the beater bush raises not completely making contact with the floor in those hard to reach location. The hand held wand and smaller brush head have to be used in these areas.

Great quality vacuum for the price! We use our vacuum quite a bit so it puts a heavier strain on the unit then most normal use case scenarios. This vacuum has met the demands of frequent use, and has served my family well, especially for the price point.

I think Bissell really outdown theirselves with this vacuum. It easy to assemble, easy to disassemble for cleaning maintenance, and gives me the satesfactory of not second guessing whether or not all debris was vacuumed up out of the carpet fibers.

I love this vacuum cleaner it’s lightweight and does a great job picking up debris. I bought this as a replacement when my old one broke and was surprised to see the dirt my old one missed. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to replace their vacuum.

Is pretry good, for a fair price, cleans pretty well and works good on both surfaces, the roll gets dirty too fast, so I need to be removing stuff from ir everytime I use it, same as sweeping.

Incredible upgrade for our house. Can sense the difference between carpets and hard floor. Have been using for only a month, hopefully will function like this for the rest of its life.

I bought this to replace my old Dyson and didn't want to spend that kind of money again. I am very pleased with this vacuum. It's not as big as my old Dyson and much easier to use.

Love this vacuum! Has a headlight, great suction but still lightweight and I can easily convert to vacuum couches and corners.

Awesome vacuum so far. Just moved and previous occupants had pets. This vacuum got a lot of pet hair out of an already “cleaned” carpet. I love it!

I have 2 big dogs that have a big shedding problem and this vacuum came to the rescue. The shedding is sometimes hard to spot off the laminate and vinyl floors due to their color but the light on the base of the vacuum makes it easy to spot where the dirty areas are. The vacuum is bulky and can't get close to corners of rooms or under furniture but the additional attachments makes up for it. I like using the detailing wand to get crevices or areas under the furniture. I also use it for the creases in the couch and to reach cobwebs that accumulated on the wall due to dust. I like that I'm also able to use the upholstery tool to clean the sofa and chairs which also accumulate a lot of pet fur from shedding. The floor sense technology is useful when transitioning from my hard surface floors to my area rugs as the brush roll automatically adjusts speed and suction for that particular floor. The vacuum is very powerful and it helps that it is corded so you never have to worry about running out of battery(REALLY LONG CORD BY THE WAY!). When the tank fills up, it's easy to detach from the vaccuum and empty in a trash bin. There is a small amount of maintenance required like cleaning the filters every now and then but it's simple enough to do and doesn't take up too much time. I use this vacuum to literally clean everything around the house because it's that versatile. It is quite loud so put on a pair of headphones and vacuum away!

My sister has unfortunately flooded our house with cats (4 atm) and the tube suction on this vacuum can be toggled to suck harder than it needs to and it comes in handy when combined with the bristle accessory. Another great feature is the ability to turn off the floor bristles if you're just using the tube with just the press of a button. Overall great if you have pets, but that lets you know it gets the job done with normal vacuuming.

I love this vacuum! So easy to empty and run se filter. High suction too.

This thing gets put to work in my house. I use it to reduce pet allergens and use it twice a week.

We had new carpets installed that are much more plush than our previous. I could not push my Dyson Animal. It just sucked into the carpet. I am not a weak woman. I tried to see if they had one that worked for plush carpet but only the stick ones came up. Then I found this Bissel. This is the smoothest vacuum. I use it on hard wood and plush carpet. It does a fabulous job. It’s smoother than my old Dyson. I highly recommend.

This is a great little vacuum. It detects the different floor types and picks up the pet and all my long hair as well.
