Overall it sucks, and does so better than most. I like it better than my shark, but the back piece that holds the hose to the vacuum snapped which is annoying.

Love this vacuum. Had an old Kirby before and absolutely loved it decided to try the bissell and it is very compatible to the Kirby! Definitely would recommend!

So far it’s a nice vacuum cleaner. It does the job and it’s lightweight. It’s very similar to the Shark we had, but I am hoping it lasts a bit longer.

Low suction, clogs easy with hair, have to keep disconnecting the hose and clearing it

Works well, is better at picking up pet hair. A tad heavy/bulky so not good at getting at corners/tight spots.

Love this vacuum cleaner. It gets the job done. It’s not a light weight but not too heavy either. I highly recommend the Bissell.

Quiet, and runs smooth. Works great on my carpet and hardwood. Picks up my German Shepherd‘s hair really well.

i have ran the vacuum 4 times i have had to clean the brissells twice, not good if you have a dog and girls with long hair. it is easy to get to the roller butt the style of brush roller is not good for hair

The vacuum has worked well so far. We used it on short carpet and tile floors. It has managed to pickup everyday dirt and sand. However, when we received the vacuum, we were missing one of the filters. We contacted the company and they sent it right away.

Love it! It works amazing!! Even on the hard wood floors it picks up everything. I was impressed. I owned a fusing previously but wanted to try this one. Pretty compatible but we will see for how long! Anticipating a long life.

I’ve only used this vacuum for a short time but so far so good. I do like that it automatically senses the floor type and stops the beater bar when you go on to hard surfaces and starts again when you go back on to carpet.
