Vacuum and steam mop at the same time, Picks up dog hair, pet accidents, dirt, grim and leaves the floor clean with out any chemicals. Love the fact I can use disposable mop pads on this.

Nice size top to work with, I like the different burner settings too.

Purchased this because it was light weight vacuum cleaner for hardwood floors. Stated it was good for pet hair and to steam mop floors. Does exactly what it says and has good suction. My kids will even vacuum now! They love it too!

Great vacuum, picks up dirt, dust, and hair. Turn on the steamer and I was surprised how much cleaner my hardwood floors and ceramic bathroom floors were. I have a Bissell Steam Shot also, they make excellent products.

Very easy to assemble, and very lite to maneuver around the house.

The mop is not wide enough at the base plus overall not quite user friendly. Took me awhile to figure out the disposable mop wipes and how they attached....I plan on digging in deep this weekend with it so hopefully it handles well

We have purchased quite a few vacuums in the 2 years we have lived in our home. We recently put in hard wood foods and I wouldn't say she loves cleaning floors now but It definitely makes cleaning a whole lot easier

Bought one and it broke due to using well water in it. Had to buy another because it was so amazing with pet hair and mess. Make sure you use the correct product with it and demineralized water or distilled water.

This is a good unit. I like that fact that I can choose to vacuum or steam. The only drawback is in tight spaces because the unit is a little bulky due to the vacuum canister but overall it is a great product.

I recently moved and now I have Pergo floors in two rooms and the hallways. Between the vaccuum and the steam cleaning this really cleans up, and it's so easy to use.

This steam/vac gets the job done! Of course you have to vacuum or sweep before using. The vacuum is great for the stuff you've missed right before U steam. It's great! Steamer really gets gummy spots up!

I love how this vacuum/steamer seamlessly switches from steamer To surprisingly good vacuum just at the movement of a finger. A necessity for anyone with hard surface floors, that traps dust like a magnet..

We have tile floors throughout a majority of the house. We used to have to sweep and mop said floors. With this we can do both at once and have a much cleaner feeling floor that doesn't take a long time to dry.

I love the vacuum option with this model. Works great for picking up dog hair and mopping the floor at the same time!

This thing is awesome. Big black lab at home with hard floors. Is it the end all to cleaning your floors? Meh...I still sweep before I vacuum and steam at the same time. I like it and I'm a 30 something guy.
