    The vaccum on this was not good at all. Did great with the steam mopping so I exchanged for just the steam mopper

    Disappointed that there appears to be only one hole for steam vs multiple holes on a previous steamer (another brand) that I owned. It doesn't therefore clean the width of the base and you would need to go over the area again. I'm hoping another model will be better and am looking for a replacement

    I had 2 of theseen in a month both broke. Stopped making steam with only minimum use. If they lasted it would be a great product.it did get floors very clean and looking great.too bad they don't last
