    Just moved to new house and has all hardwood floors. Love the Bissell all in one. My best friend got one also.

    Works ok but I wouldn't recommend for anyone with pets. Vacuum sometimes has a hard time with my long haired cat's fur. Very small capacity, but probably to be expected with a stick vac/steam mop. I also don't recommend using vac and mop at the same time. Vacuum 1st, then try mopping.

    A vacuum, and a steam mop? Problem is, for $150 it doesn’t excel at either! The steam mop leaves the floor wet, which is not cool. A cheaper steam mop dry steams. As a vacuum it sucks- lol- but not in a good way. Overall I returned it, and got the shark steam mop, and a Bissel vacuum
