    Vacuum works well but does not have a hose for those hard to reach places. Button for steam is on the inside of handle which causes you to press even without meaning to sometimes.

    The steamer leaves marks and makes my hardwood floors look dull. It does well for a light weight light vacuum but not what I needed it to do with the steaming capabilities.

    It's not the greatest in the world -- it works ok for us. Not the deepest clean, have to make 2 or 3 separate cleaning passes on tile and grout to get it clean enough when old pet urine is involved. Which is why we bought it.

    It does get pretty hot, which is cool, out SRBs to get a lot of dirt off the floor, but it takes many passes if there's any spots in the kitchen. Only complaint. It even worked well on my unfinished wood floors without damage
