Great product I would buy again and again best ever

Have not been able to purchase disposable cleaning pads anywhere!!! How can Best Buy sell something and not have refills? Have even contacted Bissell. Got no where there. Very disappointed with that.

Two dogs and three kids its been a one step blessing

Attaching the part to attach the pads to is a little difficult and has no attachment for cleaning corners or small spaces. Otherwise this is a reasonable vacuum and steamer and does a good job

I thought it would be better. It leaves streak marks from the wheels which leads me to believe it is also leaving dirt. For the most part it's okay. I would not recommend or purchase another.

neither of the two features is terrible but neither is good either, definitely not something i am going to keep.

I really like the vacuum and steamer together and really enjoyed using it unit the steamer broke within less than a year after purchase.

I am not impressed with this and wish I could return it. The steam pad does not stay attached and the vacuum does not have good suction.

The vacuum part doesn't pick up as good as I would hope.

The streamer is good and the vacumm is okay, but is not as powerfull as I wish. I have problems cleaning the corners.

Not the best vacuum for bare floors or low cut carpet. The Shark is much better.

I purchased this mop after reading a bunch of reviews. Initial quality is great and functionality is wonderful. The issue with this mop lies with durability. We are on our 3rd one since our initial purchase. The issue lies in a known problem with the handle trigger that causes the mop to expel steam. Internal components disconnect and the trigger looses resistance meaning you can't make it steam anymore. I discussed this with Bissell and they stated it's a known issue with this item. I absolutely hate that because while they are replacing it under warranty yet again, it may just be a matter of time before it breaks a third time!

The vacuum was amazing. It took anything in its path. But the steam cleaner could use some help

We bought this for our hardwood floors and carpet in bedrooms. When we first removed from box we tried to use it and couldn't get steamer to work. Apparently there was a clog in line after I fixed that it worked for about 2 weeks then steamer quit again so we exchanged it for another at Best Buy. So to make a long story short with 2nd attempt it quit after using 1 time now this one powers up but vacuum or steamer won't come on!

Worked well first couple of times. Then the steam pad holder stopped holding to the machine.

I bought one thinking I don't need a vacuum. I was highly mistaken. The product lost vacuum suction in less than 40 days. I am a Best Buy elite member and yet I am not able to request a refund as it is past 30 days. I have geek squad coverage plan but even with that i won't recommend buying this product. An absolute waste !

Bought it with the store description saying it vacuums carpets. It was a mistake
