Had less than a month and already doesn’t work. Waste of $150

I only had this no more than a year and it already cracked.

Recommended if you do not have the space to store a vacuum and a steam mop. The vacuum portion works well, but not as well as I'd like it to. I used it a handful of times and found myself aggravated when simple dust would not be picked up. Better in theory.

Cleans good but still need to scrub some marks that are made

We do have small apartment and it will do the work.

Hard to run over carpet when using as a vacume. How are you going to tell me how much I must write to give a review. Would not ever buy again or recommend

The product advertises a good vacuum and steam mop. The vacuum stopped working after 20 days and lost suction. We had to sit and clean through the dirty parts and pipes to come to normal suction. The steam mop stopped working after 2 months. Thankfully I had Geek squad protection, so I was saved. But never again I would buy bissell product ever in my life. The worst build and pathetic quality. Always go for Shark or Dyson !

I was not happy with this product.. Not a vacuum not a steam mop. Was looking forward a combo like this but it did not do m any good.

It broke down twice in 7 months. One of the warranty centers stopped servicing this brand.

The product looked so easy and like it worked so great on commercials that I really wanted one. After getting it home and trying it once, I was highly disappointed- it doesn't work nearly as good as I expected as wasn't as easy as it looked. Wish I hadn't bought it.

Not the best option if you have a couple labs that shed a lot. Every few minutes I have to bend over and pull all the clumped up hair off the brush. It also leaves streaks when I mop. I bought it to make keeping our floors clean easier and this isn't doing the job!

I bought this and it only lasted about a year and half. After that year it started to malfunction. The whole thing would get super hot. It left a lot of streaks when mopping .

I was so excited to get this, I got home and tried it immediately. It does not suck up barely anything so I took it right back. BEWARE- IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING THAT ITS SUPPOSED TO!

Worked great for the first minth.The Vacuum part works poorly. The wheels cause wheel marks all over the floor. I should of just stuck with my first idea of getting a shark.

Not worth the cost. Not good on rugs. Very disappointed with this purchase

It was list as floor AND rug cleaner at store. Brought it home and read product description in box. NOT for rugs. Fortunately received full refund.

There are some limitations to the steam cleaners - doesn't always get really set in spots, but overall, this is very easy to use. What gives this product a 5 is the vacuum feature. I can vacuum and mop at the same time!!! Huge time saver! I have 2000 sq ft of tile and a toddler who takes up most of my time. I needed a fast way to clean and this is it. I also have a hoover floormate, but I find it too heavy to push around and I always have a backache after using it. This is much lighter. The disposable pads slide easily over the floor (the washable ones are a little harder to push).

Returned. The snap on doesn't stay on. A hassle to work with.

Don't buy!!!!! If u buy don't use regular sink water!!!!
