This works great on the hardwood floors and tile in my home. I love that it functions as a vacuum and steamer and can also be solely used as a vacuum on the area rugs Finally the pet hair is gone and floors 'mopped' easily and at the same time!! Thank you Bissell!

I have a very small one bedroom that I share with a 65 lb furball who sheds everywhere - this was the perfect remedy. Small enough to not clutter my space, powerful enough to suck up all the hair and clean the bamboo floors. Super happy I spent the money on this to get something that works and works efficiently!

I was looking for a steam cleaner for my hardwood floors. As a cleaner it does well. However, I also got it to vacuum. It does not not vacuum as well as I thought. It seems useless.

We just moved into our new home and it had beautiful hardwood floors. We also have a kitty in the household so we needed something fast, durable, and easy to use all while providing excellent cleaning. This vacuum/steam mop definitely meet our expectations. Its lightweight a simple to operate. It also does a quick and excellent job. Plus cleanup and vacuum mainetance are a piece of cake. I highly recommend this product.

Bissell makes a premium line of floor cleaning products. The steam mop insures the cleanest floor for your family. Especially when you have a combination of little ones playing on the floor and pets usually with them.

Recommend for Pet owners. Used steam on tile floors and floors are clean and don't have the sticky residue film - when you use regular mop.

My wife decided this was the auxiliary vacuumed to purchase for when our Roomba 980 doesn't clean an area. The ability to vacuum and steam clean was the deciding factor.

This is the best device I've found for daily cat room cleaning! I have thirteen cats. Their habitat is all tile floor, and this machine is great for getting all the hair and anything else I may have missed in clean up. Not too noisy and very easy maintenance. Use vinegar water for cleaning. Freshens room and cleans well.

I have recommended this floor cleaner to all of my friends & family. After trying mine my sister bought her own. This makes cleaning my kitchen & bathroom floors a breeze. I am so pleased with my symphony.

This is the best steam mop I have ever bought (and I have bought three), it steam cleans the whole house on one tank of water, the vacuum feature picks up all the dust, dirt and dog hair, the pads wash easily and the steam mop pads from Bissell don't leave a film on the floor and the whole house smells so fresh. It will be some of the best money you ever spent. Oh and my entire house is laminate, ceramic and stone.

Wow! Everyone with vinyl, tile, or any sealed non carpet floors should rush out and get this. I'd grown very weary of cleaning the old fashioned 2 step sweep & mop method. This product sweeps AND steams in 1 easy step. No chemicals needed. I love it. The pads are washable and reusable. There is even an attachment you can use to attach disposable Swiffer brand pads on it. This is beyond awesome!

This vacuum/mop/steamer combo has been an incredible help for me. I am not a pet owner, but I do have a young toddler. Parents of young children will find this product to be helpful and effective. It's so easy to set up and simple to operate. The vacuum works great alone and the steamer/mop combo is incredible! I have gotten up so many set-in stains with the steamer. Thank you, Bissell!

Love it. Easy to use. Love the disposable pad option for quick clean up. Highly recommend. I have three dogs and two cats and this works great on my kitchen tile floor.

This device was a surprise! Vacuum and steam! Perfect. We had it two years until it started leaking when it would steam. Took it back to the store where I got credit (we bought the protection plan) but they didn’t carry this particular model anymore. That was sad. Still haven’t picked up a new vacuum, steamer combo. I think we’re still in shock we lost the first one ;( Oh well, the search will go on! Overall I recommend it.

I was hopeful that this combo steamer and vacuum would do a decent job. It has blown me away! Does an amazing job picking up dog hair and cleaning my hardwood floor. I would not pay the money for a more expensive brand! The only downside was the disposable pads. They did not last very long and didn't clean as well. However, the reusable cloth pads are excellent and environmental friendly!

Bought this steam vac from Best Buy really excited. Plugged it in and didn't work. Disappointed right. It was the last one at BB. Said to call Bissell so I did. They sent a return label for the cord and when I mailed that back they sent me a new machine. Plugged it in and it worked so happy and not to much of an issue. They were great to deal with. New machine did what it was supposed to do. Picked up so much dirt that I thought was clean.

Used points to purchase for use on my wood floor. I used it on couch cushions too. Awkward for that but it worked.
