I bought this for my mother who wanted to sweep and steam clean this is the only one that does both it works great.

This steam mop did a great job on my ceramic tile floor. This is my first steam mop didn't work as fast as I thought it would be did an awesome job.

Wow. So glad I bought this steam mop and vacuum. While it does not exactly replicate the effort of scrubbing hard surfaces with hot soapy water by hands and knees, it certainly does a great job and keeps bruises off my knees. I would give it 5 stars, but I find I do have to scrub or clean up after the steam mop in extra dirty spots or certain surfaces (tiles, door thresholds). Overall, I'm very happy for the help of the steam mop / vacuum in keeping our home clean. Note, we do not have pets - but occasionally kids over. This steam mop / vacuum is a great help in cleaning up after every day life and occasional messes. There is an option to use just water and cleaning pad, or one can use disposable fresh scent pads. Both options have worked well for us.

Easy to vacuum and steam clean at the same time which is very helpful since this Nana is a full time nanny and dog owner of 2 furballs. No longer need to find dog hair & play dough bits by the time I finished vacuuming the house and was ready to steam clean the floor! It's now a 1 step process! I actually have time to sit and have a cup of coffee.

It was so easy to use, that my elderly mother started to use it and loves it. I am going to have to pickup another so I can use mine again.

I really feel like we live in the future. Steam cleaning mop is great. Would recommend to anyone with tile or hard floors.

Love this product. It works amazing on vinyl floors with pet mess and get all the hair off of the floors quickly too.

Recently installed hardwood floors in my house. I was a little hesitant in purchasing this because I was scared it might scratch my new floors. Nope, it did an amazing job. I have 4 small indoor dogs and it picked up all the dog hair just great. Loving this product. I purchased the insurance just in case. Highly recommend!

The Symphony Pet Steamer Vacuum worked much better than I expected. I highly recommend it.

Purchased this as we had recently remodeled and had dark engineered wood floors installed, we also have a little white Jack Russel whose fur was everywhere. One use and this product proved it's worth it's absolutely the best product we could have chosen.

This vaccuums and steams simultaneously. I wish it had a little bit of a scrubber for spills my children forgot to mention, but the heat pulls them up after a couple passes. With this one machine, I am able to quickly clean my old wood floors and my new tile kitchen without chemicals and without my broom! I love it.

I like the ease at which you can switch from vacuuming to steaming. I like that this product is duo purpose.
