Seriously, can't love this thing enough! We bought our new house and it already had hardfloors througout.. bought this thing, ran the vacuum on it with the cloth pad and it cleaned the floor right up. Then I tried the steamboost swifter pad and next thing our house smelled great, and our floors when barefoot felt cleaner than it's ever felt! And I'm the man of the house, cleaning isn't my strong suit, but this thing makes my floors proudly clean and we're never embarrassed to have company over strictly because of it, I use it once a week and I won't turn back. This unit is paying for itself!!

Bought for my wife since we have a few dogs in the house. She loves it. Says its quick to put together, easy to clean, lightweight and does a great quick clean up.

I like this Bissell because it it can vacuum the floor and steam it. I have 2,000 square feet of tile so the pads that come with the machine were not enough to clean all the floors in one day. I had to go on-line to buy more mop pads. Now I can wash all the pads in one load after I am done. This Bissell makes cleaning the floors easy.

I love this vacuum, it's like a vacuum mop all in one, it's perfect and the suction is great and the steaming power makes one feel as almost the floor is clean/sanitized enough to eat off of, definetely recommended for those with pets and hardwood floors!

Living in Florida most houses have either tile, or wood floors, this is a perfect vacuum plus steam cleaner all in one. Easy to use and simple to clean.

I have a very large kitchen with a vinyl floor. With pets and kids and it is a high traffic area, it gets dirty quick. It has cut cleaning it by more than half and it is much cleaner! Get the steamboost pads and the mess is easily disposed of.

Works wonderfully on our tile flooring. Takes care of any/all pet hair while mopping at the same time.

Having just put in tile in the first floor of my house, I was looking for a way to keep it clean. I looked at ratings and chose this model to try out. Now, after a month of using, I am totally satisfied with this model. It vacuums up a lot of dust and dirt, and then the steam pad picks up whatever dirt is left. I am sure to use only purified water in its tank.

I love this steam mop because it is not just a steam mop. Being able to vacuum and steam at the same time is great! I've had this for a couple of months and so far so good.

User friendly easy to operate. The streamer cleans well and the vacuum picks up well.

Love this steam mop. Not too heavy, but still works well. Water in tank lasts a while. Pads easy to remove and put on.

Love this product! I've tried other steam cleaners and not been too happy as they would dull my wood floors and were hard to use. This is the best by far! I use it on wood, ceramic tile, and vinyl. The ability to vacuum and steam clean my floors in one function (or do either action separately) is a big plus. And, my floors remain shiny. Easy to use and very effective. I highly recommend it!

I have wood and tile flooring, so I needed a good floor vacuum/cleaner. The first one of these would not steam, so I had to exchange it. Once I set up the second one, it worked great and has been simple to use as both a vacuum and as a steamer. The dog will occasionally get dirty paw prints on the floor, this takes care of the mess quickly. Minor drawback is that the pet hair will sometimes stick in the canister and need to be wiped out with a paper towel.

Easy to clean and switch from vacuum to steam. Cleans the floors very well. I love this product!

As a proud owner of an 8 month old German Shepherd, this steam cleaner has been a lifesaver. I never realized how much a dog could shed. Or how much mud she would track in. Or how much dirt would just accumulate. I love that I can vacuum my floors, and steam them all with one machine. The vacuum is powerful, and I was really surprised at how much it picks up. The steamer cleans the floors thoroughly, and now it's hard to imagine how I survived this long without one. I highly recommend this steam cleaner. It has changed my life forever!

We tried it once on our kitchen tile floor. It was easy to operate and seems to do a good job on tile.
