I am a mother of 2 boys and 2 four legged babies, with lots of company and guests!! My house is all tile and wood. It usually takes me 2 hrs to vacuum and mop my house, not any more!! I can now complete it in 30mins!! It even removes sap off the floors! I own Dyson vacuums and top rated mops, so I have tried everything over the years!! I will honestly say this is the best purchase we have ever made! I LOVE IT!!

My wife has been looking for a steam mop to purchase for our hard floors. When i saw this in the store and saw that it makes steam cleaning easier by incorporating a vacuum with the mop, i knew my wife would love it. She was excited to use it. It is easy to use. Care for the device is easy. Having the vacuum and the mop all in one has reduced the time to clean our floors. Great Idea!

Purchased this for the house. Our former cleaner is one of those Shark models that does clean wet and dry but only if you change out the lower cartridge. The Symphony does either without a switch. My wife loves it.

I read some good reviews on this product before I purchased, so I decided to give it a try since our new house is all hardwood floors, and I love it! For me the best part is that you are able to use Swiffer Disposable pads with it!! I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a steam mop!

The symphony works very well on vinyl plank flooring. The distilled water with citrus seem to be a little streaky when you use but I have not found a different scent to try to see if It streaks as well. The disks work and don't streak. The bissel steam pads work well. Still in the trial phase for now.

I had previously bought the previous model and it lasted close to 2 years on almost daily use. This new model has improved in so many ways that it makes the previous model obsolete. One of the features that it has improved is in the vacuum cup lock as well as it steams faster and it is also lighter. If you are in the hunt for a steamer and a vacuum this is your product.

This product works great. The steamer is quick to ready to use. I like the vacuum feature a long with the mop. The only con I think is it is over priced.

This is an amazing device. I have a dog who sheds all over the house and this picks up all the fur and does an excellent job steaming. Not creating any hair balls or time consuming messes. Love it!
