This is a great product for my wood floors. Easy to use and light. The vacuum suction is great and the mop feature makes cleaning 1 step vs. 2 steps with my previous system. My only feedback is that does not not work great on my large tiles in the bathroom and it does not have the hose accessory to help vacuum corners and tight spaces.

Bought this for my wife when she complained about the storage space for two separate cleaners. She loves it and tells me that the power is just as good as with a stand-alone vacuum.

I had a steam mop for several years that finally gave out. I replaced it with a Shark since I heard so many great things about it...what a piece of garbage that was. We came across this and it has been a wonderful replacement for our old one.

This makes steam mopping such a breeze. I don't have to pump at all to build up steam. I also haven't had a problem using the steamer and the vacuum at the same time.

We just put in new tile flooring throughout the entire house. This product helps me to keep the tile floor cleaner without as much work as before. I used to have to sweep or vaccum then mop. Took a lot of time. But this product allows me use the vaccum then switch it to the mop setting. Much easier and faster.

With 8 dogs, this vacuum is perfect. Picks up every hair and but if dirt.

This things is built and designed well and has a good vacuum. I wish it would have attachments for cleaning

I love the fact I can steam mop and vacuum at the same time, what a time saver it is. It picks up a lot of dirt and pet hair better than sweeping.

With three dogs, we needed something that would pick up tracked in dirt. This was exactly what we needed. It sure beats sweeping and mopping.
