I bought this a few years ago from kohls. I fell absolutely in love with it and so did my family and friends! They borrow it so often that I bought my parents one for Christmas! It is so nice that I can vacuum and steam.mop my entire apartment in less than 10 minutes. I used to dread it but now it is so quick and easy I dont mind at all!

This vacuum cleaner is top for those who don't want to spent more than than necessary on cleaning their house. Vacuums well and wipe the floor in one move. Due to hot steam floor is well cleaned. Only negative point is then a bit difficult to go under credenzas but not a reason not to buy this product!!! Very happy with my purchase!!

The product description states it can mop, steam and vaccuum all at the same time - and it does, but not well. After a year of using this I've found that to work efficiently it's better to use it one function at a time. I'd quickly vaccuum first then follow up with mop with steam, never at the same time because either the suction weakens or the steam becomes nothing but a whisper. But it does beat having two different units in the house! One more thing, if you are using the vaccuum function while you've slapped on a a swiffer wet towel, punch a hole through the middle to allow the vaccuum suction to function or you'll never suck any gunk off the floors and into the canister. Works well for hardwood floors and tiles!

I would highly recommend anyone with animals get one! Saves me A LOT of time cleaning!!!

I purchased this unit after careful consideration. I wanted something that would speed up the cleaning process of my hard flooring and this product does just that. The vacuum suction is strong and picks up all of the pet hair from both dogs. What the vacuum doesn’t get, the cleaning cloths/steam does the rest.

Easy to use long lasting steam, cuts down on double work.

This steamer is a must for messes you don't want to get close to but want gone! I love how disposal of the steam wipes is hands free! Would recommend for pet messes or for everyday accidents.

This is a fantastic vacuum and steam mop. It really cleans the pet hair well and leaves the floor sparkling!

I LOVE this floor cleaner! I have a lot of laminate flooring in my house and this appliance makes cleaning it faster and easier. I don't have to sweep first then drag around a mop & bucket. I don't think I would use it to vacuum large amounts of dirt but for everyday cleaning & vacuuming pet hair it works GREAT!

I went back and forth over a a few different brands and I am very happy with this unit. It does all floors and is great.

I have 4 small dogs that spend the day in the house by themselves. Sometimes one of them will have an accident on the floor before I can let them outside. The bissell pet vacuum and steam mop is easy to grab and steam the tile and grout so I feel confident that the urine is out.

This little bissel steam mop and vacuum is the best cleaning tool in our house. Everyone in the house uses it because it is lighter and vacuums better than our full size on tile, vinyl, and hard wood surfaces. The steam feature works great and is way easier than mopping. It does a better job.

It's good for smaller areas. I have a large house and need multiple pads

Never used a steamer before. Love it! Puts out a nice amount of steam and awesome that ot also vacumns. I don't have to clean up the dog fur and then clean. Can do it all at once. Can use disposable or reusable. A bonus. Fabulous!
