Great quality product. I prefer a cord so don’t expect a cordless. The power and effectiveness makes cleaning our hard floors (shown in the picture) quick and easy. We also only use distilled water, not sure if that’s necessary but has been working great to keep the machine functioning.

OMG!!! I'm In LOVE with this vacuum/steamer. It works amazing and is literally effortless to use. The only negative feedback is that you can't turn the steam function off and use the vacuum function alone on carpet. You can only use this vacuum on hard surfaces, so you will need another regular vacuum for your carpeted areas. I finally feel like our home is getting clean with this vacuum, and it's obvious on the cleaning pads, and I feel good about that for the safety of my family. One other irritation is that Amazon did not sell the disposable replacement cleaning pads for this device, but they do sell the reusable washable ones. I guess that maybe you can order them directly through Bissell or somewhere else.

The vacuum's steam is weak but the vacuum suction is good. The reusable mop pads are very expensive and hard to find (the smell good kind)- (without paying a higher price) The reusable pads shrink when you wash them. But it's does make your floors ( Especially your hardwood floor) very clean looking.

It does the job. The only thing is that when you use both the vacuum and steam mop at the same time the pet accumulates in the front where the brushes are. Also because the pad is back a little it does reach all the way the front of the vacuum. But otherwise I am happy with it.

This does a decent job...for what it is. If I could change a few things, it'd use a microfiber cloth instead of a terry cloth. I'd also have the water heat up a bit more, it does a good job with steam, but you won't see the steam coming out the sides as if it were a more powerful (and $$$) steamer. I use it to steam clean my wood floors every few months. I feel better using the steam to disinfect my floors. For the price, I'd say this does what it's supposed to. It's not going to get deeper into the floor and help really remove the dirt that gets into the cracks and crevices.

I love how easy it is to vacuum and mop at once. However, the steam clean does not get the floors as clean as my steamer does and the steam function is difficult to use. The handle must be squeezed but it is very hard to squeeze. Anyone with carpal tunnel, tendinitis, or arthritis may have a hard time with this.

Great vacuum, steam function works perfectly, it can only use the suction effectively in one directional pattern, other than that great item!

A vacuum steam mop is the best invention. Saves me so much time in cleaning floors. Only wish they had mop pads with scrubbing bristles for the extra dirty floors

This steam vac works pretty good, but I expected it to work better. I bought this to have a final shine and sanitizer for my floors with a crawling/freshly walking granddaughter. No matter how much I go over the floors there’s still dirt behind. Not the item I was hoping for but ok for mediocre.

It works great on pet fur and sand. This is the only one that vacuums up all the sand.

It is a fantastic product, it works wonderfully, you can keep it in any small corner of your house.
