This Bissell machine works flawlessly! Perfect to clean our 3 bedroom home weekly keeps carpeting nice and fresh. It is especially handy when our good old dog has an occasional accident , cleans up like new & has better suction and brushing than our Dyson animal vacuum . The additional hose and cleaner head are perfect to clean the back seat of our vehicle once weve had the grandkids for the weekend. Would definitely purchase again

Had it for 1 year, always keep product clean and would take out hairs from the bottom and didn’t last that long, stopped picking up the water it dropped. Worked great in the beginning.

I used this product on my household carpet & I liked the results I dnt have pictures cuz it’s been so long but I would recommend this product to others

Absolutely amazing. I was going to rent a shampooer and seen this amazing gem. Had great reviews so thought it’s worth a shot. Man I’m sure glad I bought it does such great carpets you won’t go wrong with this.

Bought this at the end of February of 2022(this year) after having a Hoover basic carpet shampooer for 10 years(seal started going bad around year 9 and at year 10 it just stopped doing a good job cleaning so I needed an upgrade.) Bought this because it had the hose capability if I needed it. First week of using the deep and express carpet features on the carpet were amazing. Then around week 3 I noticed a little water would pile up if left on the floor after a cycle of cleaning. Assumed it was the bristles that were still wet so after a cleaning cycle I would let it run a little longer hoping to pick up excess water. It helped a bit. Fast forward to July of 2022 I finally needed to use the hose on a couch cushion. I used the hose and noticed some leaking happening on the floor. Assumed I didn’t tighten the cap all the way, I didn’t think much of it. Fast forward to august of 2022, I needed to use it again on the couch cushion but decided I was gonna do the entire couch. I was shampooing and didn’t see that were was a pile and I mean pile leaking that got under the entire couch and then just around on the floor in the opposite direction. Did not notice till I went to walk to get to another couch cushion to wash and I slipped and fell. Thought maybe there was a block in the system-I have 3 dogs but I always vacuum before using the system. Checked it out and no blockage. Husband checked it out and it leaked for him. So he popped the top off where the hose connects and noticed both seals were bad. One was ripped and one just didn’t stop water from leaking out. So immediately upon it coming out of the factory it was bad. I had a warranty that I bought. Not exactly thrilled when I went to exchange it, I was given a gift card for the amount and I can purchase any item and have to repurchase a warranty when the item was defective straight out of the factory. I am having a really hard time wanting to give Bissell a second chance. Because I do not want to buy another bissell machine and warranty to have a defective product. Attached are photos of some of the smaller leaks that occurred. The larger one where I fell, I didn’t think to take a photo of it. It was just too large and needed to be cleaned up immediately! Also attached is a photo of a close up of the hose attached. It’s harder to see(better in a video) where it shows the water pulling upward and goes out of the seal and leaking downward. But you can faintly see the bubbling of water and the water building up on the plastic front cover.

This machine is awesome!!!! I liked it so much that I will buy another for my daughter.

This is my first purchase of a carpet cleaner. I'm very pleased with the Bissell Turboclean. It's easy to use. It cleans very well. It's simple to clean up after using. I was surprised that the dirty water tank is full 1/4 the way up on a big tank. That is the only thing that stopped me from a 5 start review.

We have two cats and two medium dogs and this cleaner does very well in keeping our carpet looking like new, and smelling good at that. It is lightweight, much quieter than other carpet cleaners I have used in the past. Despite being light, it does well at getting deep into the carpet. The tanks and attachments are also very easy to use.

It's pretty amazing. I never thought I would ever buy one of these. Once I bought my house me and the wife would talk about getting one. But it was always "Just a thought" until we got a dog. At that point I didn't even care about the price. Like an Ice salesmen in the Desert - I had to have it. It works great. it's easy to use. You'll like using it once you see all the dirt and filth come out of your carpet. I probably use it once a month. The carpet cleaner is expensive. If your feeling cheap just use warm/hot water and a half cup of laundry detergent and it works just the same. Your carpets will smell like clean clothes afterwards. Get this item if you like living clean. If you're a pig then pass - it's not for ppl like you.

Great little carpet cleaner. It’s lightweight, holds a good amount of water, has excellent suction and is easy to use and clean. There is no heating element but I found that using hot water out of my sink worked perfect. I had to go over really bad spots several times and use a little elbow grease but my carpet was pretty trashed and I was pleasantly surprised with how it came out. The upholstery cleaner attachment is very nice to have too. Worked great on my couch and was also useful for spots I couldn’t get the cleaner to.

Absolutely love this carpet cleaner. The clean water tank on top makes refilling easy with a separate dirty water tank that lifts up easily and a pull plug to empty makes for no mess. You DON'T have to take entire bottom section off to clear up dog hair in brush roller and suction area. Really easy to clear out while changing out tank and or adding more solution/water mix. I have bad arthritis and this machine is super light to operate and maneuver. The suction is great and also has two different modes to operate, deep clean or express. Express is great for quick pick ups and under an hour dry time. Deep clean still dries within couple hours, depends on how much solution you apply. I so recommend pre treating with a spray bottle of solution and a good vacuum of the area to be cleaned is a must. Using the upholstery tools are easy and also come with separate bag to hold hoses. I have owned several machines in past years and I think this one is not only affordable, cleans carpets and rugs good, easy to change out tanks and clean out hair is see thru suction area and brush roller area but it is super friendly for my hands that have erosive arthritis. Definitely a good buy!! Oh and a portion of every Bissell purchase saves pets!!

Before purchasing this carpet cleaner I was hesitant about it since I live in a small carpeted apartment with little storage space, however I have a dog that is, mostly, house trained. This carpet cleaner has helped to remove so many accidents caused by my dog, the machine is loud and heavy but that's just what you need sometimes. It's a necessary machine if you live in a carpeted household, dog owner or not, you don't realize how dirty carpets get even with proper care. So, even with limited storage space this machine is definitely worth the room.

After a lot of research on carpet cleaner brands, it seemed that Bissell products have been getting the best reviews, so I jumped on this low cost model. There were a lot of other models on sale around this time, but even though this one wasn’t, it still seemed like the best value. After cleaning a few rooms, it looks like I was right. This carpet cleaner is very easy to use and all the removable parts are easy to work with. I definitely got some stains out and pulled up quite a bit more pet hair than I’ve been getting from my regular vacuum cleaner. After doing wet and dry passes with the carpet cleaner, it only takes a couple hours or so for the carpets to dry out. It’s nice that Bissell included two different samples of cleaning solution, too. Very happy with my purchase.

So far I love this carpet cleaner. I had always been intimidated to buy one, but this one is so easy to use. It amazes me how much it pulls out of the carpeting. We do not even own any pets, but this still pulled so much dust and grime out of my kids bedrooms. Easy to clean an easy to operate.

This little beast was so easy to use and it cleaned what I thought were semi clean carpets. The dirty water it produced let me know that I was so wrong. Great purchase!!

The mop is excellent i dont hurt my back no more it cleans your floors very very good I love it and would recommend it to everyone

I had to buy this because my dog ate something bad and wrecked my carpet. I tried the commercial cleaners you can rent and this was way better, no skell, and it dried in an hour. Great carpet cleaner

This worked well for my builder grade carpets , animals, and kids. We use dour own solution and they would come out cleaner looking every time.

Love it real nice easy to use and to clean the carpet get up stains and my dog messes really comes it handy.
