This device isn’t as good as the older model that went bad. Does do a good job pulling water back out of carpet

Its ok it will get the job done. Deep cleaning is not that great

Definitely works ok but be careful with thickness of the carpet you use it can spill a lot of water

Stopped working just before a year. Wouldn’t recommend.

It's an ok for the price i think, only for simple spots but absolutely not for heavy duty.

Very dissatisfied with this purchased. It worked great when I first used it and I was trting to used it last weekend and it died. All my electronics are from best buy and I had never had an issue with them until today.

Goes through a tank of water in a 1/4 of a room. Does not pull out stains like my 2 prior Bissell shampooers. I find this machine not as effective as larger model with turbo clean. Not good for pet stains!

Would do negative 5 if I could, I purchased the machine assembled it and started using it for the first time and it would switch between not dispensing the solution and or not picking up the shampoo after it would dispense probably only worked properly for about 30 seconds not sure if I possibly received a defective one do to the fact that the box was also in pretty rough condition but a lot of the reviews said the same thing happen to them. I even unassembled and reassembled the machine a few times to see if maybe I just put it together wrong and it was the same result each time and the button that you press on the handle to release would squeak and get stuck

The carpet cleaner will only work going with the grain of the carpet. If I try to go the other way it grabs the carpet and drags

Not so happy with this purchase. For dog hair is advertised as specialized in. Not so much!

Purchased cleaner and when started using it, the beater bar did not spin. Returned it for an exchange. When I started the second machine it had the same issue. Spent quite a while on phone with tech trying to resolve the issue. Nothing worked. They did offer to send a replacement which I declined.

the plastic part on the front keeps falling off and I cant get it tight to suck uo water

This is by far the worst product I have been bought. It’s doesn’t work well and most of the time it felt like I was pushing it on the floor rather then it rolling

We had to return it because it was leaking when we put the water inside

It clogged the filter constantly very poor vacuuming.

Does a very good job. Easy to fill and empty. When finished easy cleanup.

I’m so satisfied with this product. I have two large rugs I’ve owned at least 5+ years and honestly never cleaned them until now. I have a Doberman and sphynx cat that make quite a mess so I desperately the rugs cleaned. I’m super impressed, I was able to clean both rugs without having to dump the tank

I have used Hoover carpet cleaner for years. They were out in store so i got this one to try. Never again! Spilled coffeee, immediately used this on it, and it did not get the coffee out of the carpet at all. Huge coffee spot now. We noticed when we put it together it was cheaply made compared to the hoover. The tank you put water in to clean only has one area to put the soap and water mixed. Which means you have to waste shampoo and rinse the container to rinse the carpet on a small stain. Huge waste of time and money. The Hoover has two tanks one for shampoo and one for water, with a wash switch and a rinse switch so you do not have to rinse the tank out to get the shampoo out if the carpet each time you use the machine. BUY THE HOOVER WITH TWO TANKS!!!!
