Works as expected. We got this to clean off the carpets in our house. It had been an year since we moved in and carpets were looking tired. We do not have any pets but 2 kids pretty much are equivalent I guess. We started using it room by room and found that over multiple uses it was showing good results. We could see the contrast between the carpet areas that were cleaned vs the ones that were not. Post use, cleaning is mostly easy. The fresh water and dirty water tanks are easily disassembled. The brush and suction assembly is a little bit of pain as it has enclosed spaces, but the provided brush/hair tool helps. Overall pretty easy to use. Like the build quality and overall accessories are also good

I loved this vaccum. I will skeptical because I didn't know if it would work good with our rugs being so dirty from little kids and sports but it did work great. I would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely love this carpet cleaner!!! Having 3 dogs, our carpets tend to need a good deep cleaning every 5-6 months and this carpet cleaner has made our carpets look like new!

I’ve had the carpet cleaner several weeks now and have used it several times. I selected the Bissell TurboClean DualPro 1) because of the price comparison with the others, 2) ratings, and 3) because it has a hand tool. I wanted one with that versatility and I am NOT disappointed!

Gets stinky and hard to take apart and clean. Does a good job though.

We have had quite a few carpet cleaners and this by far is our favorite. It is easy to use, gets all the stains out- kids, pets, food, etc.

This carpet shampooer is great it def has a great suction. So it def does what it suppose to do. As long as u purchase the good products for the actual shampoo this device will def do its job. Also I highly recommend for u to use hot water when your shampooing your carpet. The hot water and the chemical will work wonders.. this was a great buy !!

Works well, took me a couple times to figure the best way to use it. Once I figured it out it worked fine. When flooring was pretreated it worked perfectly fine.

Fantastic wish they didnt discontinue this model. The suction was fantastic and the powerbrush never broke.

This thing is phenomenal. It worked really well for my carpets. The only thing I don’t like is the residual water that’s left behind after cleaning and letting the machine sit.

it is a quality carpet cleaner, the unit is strong, as is normal, either vacuum or sweep the carpet prior to use, as the cleaner does tend to pull up anything not nailed down
