Must have for a clean home and living condition. Large capacity resevoir dor both clean and dirty water. Oh.. and some of the pieces in the front are easily detachable for cleaning the machine. Highly recommended.

Leaking and made worse water stains.

It started leaking water out the clean water compartment and running on to the floor if you stopped to empty the dirty water compartment. Now it also started leaking out of the dirty water compartment and spraying dirty water on to the walls as you’re running it. I don’t recommend. Used maybe a total of 6 times and always made sure it was clean before putting away.

Great machine

Our dog sleeps in a certain spot, and it was needing a good cleaning. The shampooer did an outstanding job. The carpet is not only clean , but it is also softer. I did not realize how bad it needed cleaning, It out preformed our old machine. Its no comparison.
