I need a new one. I can not reach the store directly. All calls are routed to a call center - even the credit card number!!! The call center can not do anything to help me at all. I am disabled & need someone to come & get this one & bring me a new one. But since I can't reach the store, I can't arrange it. Beware everyone - you can never reach the store directly anymore & the call center can't help you. I will NOT be paying for this defective machine!!!!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned this machine it try cleaning my small carpet 5x4 and I had to fill the water tank 3 times and it only pick like 1/4 of the dirty water tank it just has no suction my carpet was wet for 4 days and it in worse shape now that before it got super dirty after it dry

Does not work for me

What a mistake made. Item cleans descent, but tank removal and solution disposal liquid pours out all over recently clean carpet and on your hands. If you do not mind spillages, I still would not buy again
