It's okay. Leaves a really bad smell in the air after you're done cleaning, especially if you're cleaning up accidents. Not that powerful, probably should've gotten a smaller, more powerful spot cleaner.

Got pets? You need this! Was sick of borrowing the neighbors' unit or going to the hardware store to rent the monster. Nice size for accidents but I don't think this is designed for whole house carpet cleaning--at least at one time! Great value in my opinion.

I use this shampoo or weekly. I have a small puppy that I have to clean up after regularly. It is easy to use. However it is a monster to clean. Make sure to read the owners’ manual to keep the shampooer fresh smelling. This is a good shampooer for beginners.

Really good!! we have cats so our carpet had all sort of stains that this cleaner helped us get rid of. You still have to vacuum prior so it doesn't replace a vacuum but it's a great addition if you have carpets and like them to look cleaned!

Works perfectly fine. Suggested for small area rugs but works well in large rooms to. Just need to clean out the dirty water more often and refill top container. Reasonably priced.

This little cleaner does exactly what I bought it for - clean up pet and kid messes when they happen. I have an older cat and this works great for those small messes. It has an adjustable handle that when retracted makes it smaller to store. The cleaning head is smaller, as are the tanks than a full size model, so while it could clean an entire room, you would need to fill the water tank and empty the dirty water tank quite frequently. This unit is great for smaller jobs.

For a compact cleaner this thing really sucks (in the best way). When I moved in I had to vacuum the carpet 6 times before there was no more dirty and whatever, only two passes with this machine and no more dirty carpet! I would recommend this for small spaces and if you don't plan on doing furniture.

This is a fantastic cleaner and it's replaced my much larger and more expensive Kirby. It's lightweight making it easy to move it around the house and with two dogs, I never know when or where I'll need it.

I bought this because of the price and other reviews. It does what it says it does. Easy to put together. Parts come apart easy for cleaning. Buy extra deodorizer because the supplied bottle will only last one use.

Perfect, small stain cleaner. Picked up cat vomit, bird poop and an old tea stain on the carpet. Love it.

A good lightweight carpet cleaning option. The handle lock system is a bit flimsy, but at this price point I can live with it.

It does a decent job of cleaning the carpet and getting out fresh pet stains but wasn't able to do much about some older stains we found.

This thing is a lifesaver if you have a puppy. Comes pretty much all put together and it's super easy to maintain.
