The carpet cleaner is good for small stains that are recent. It will not remove old stains on carpet.

This was as described and tried it out the day I got it. It worked great. I highly recomend it.

So I received my Bissell TurboClean PowerBrush Pet Carpet Cleaner a week ago and it couldn't have come at a better time. Just purchased a condo with carpet and my little cavatzu Charlie has a tendency to have an accident here and there. So when this showed up, I was delighted and thankful to be able to give it a go. First off this thing is extremely easy to put together. Simply snap the body to the base and screw in the 2 screws in the back of the handle and that's it. It's also lightweight and can be carried easily up and downstairs. Following the directions, just add your warm water to the bottle on the back and a little bit of the solution which is included and you're ready to go. Make sure to use a regular vacuum to get up any loose dirt or particles out of your carpet before shampooing or spot cleaning. Thankfully we only had a couple of spots (so far) to try and clean up. Being the carpet is new and we caught our puppy fairly quickly during his little accidents, the stains aren't very noticeable. However, we still wanted to make sure we cleaned the stains and remove the scent. After vacuuming the living room carpet, we started the Bissell TurboClean Pet Carpet Cleaner up and with just a couple of swipes across the carpet, the PowerBrush was able to remove the stains quick and easy. Although this is marketed primarily for pet stains or for those with pets, this little handy dandy carpet cleaner can be used for regular shampooing of your carpets as well. It'll save having to rent a carpet cleaner from the local grocery store. It's priced right for comparable cleaners on the market.

I bought this for our house. I wish I bought a more heavy duty one, preferably with heat. It does what it’s suppose to. But I feel like it doesn’t clean up as well as it should. If you have pets expect this to get clogged constantly.

This carpet cleaner does the job pretty well. It scrubs the carpet and so far, any mess I have put it up against has been no match for the scrubbing power! When it first comes out of the box there is some very minor assembly. The instructions are very specific about the installation of the handle and how to use it. I never had an issue, but if you don't have the handle installed properly and fully extended, it won't spray cleaner out when you squeeze the trigger. Adding the cleaner and water is a breeze with the removable tank on the back. Cleanup of the dirty water tank is simple as well. Just pull one clip on either side of the tank and off comes the tank. Rinse and put it back! I also really like how compact the unit is. It may take awhile to clean large areas, but storing the unit is easy due to the compact size. My only complaint about this carpet cleaner is the materials used to build it. The vacuum, while light weight, feels kind of flimsy. The build quality doesn't feel premium. Only time will tell if it will hold up. All in all, its a decent carpet cleaner. It lost one star due to build quality. It will work for most every day cleanup on your carpet!

This carpet cleaner machine is not good. I use one time only and stop working. Waist my money. I throw it on trash.

I returned because I wanted something bigger reservoir was not big enough for me.

Works as intended but has its limitations. As an owner of dog who sheds a lot this wasn’t the best option for me. The rollers catch fur and it gets really tangled up to the point that it has to be cut with scissors.
