I purchased this some time ago, it is still in the box and I haven’t been able to use it. Any way I could return it????

My old carpet cleaner stopped working, so it was time to look for a new one. This was one of the most reasonably priced cleaners I saw, so I started sifting through all the reviews. I decided to give it a try and here are my thoughts. Very easy to assemble. Parts just snap together with no tools needed. The assembled unit is very light weight. Super easy to use. Clearly marked fill lines for water and cleaner. Cleans very well. Pulls up the water very well. As others have mentioned, you do have to empty the dirty water container very frequently. You can tell when it's full because it sounds different and it stops pulling up the water. You certainly wouldn't want to try cleaning a whole house with this cleaner. For me, I wanted to do small areas at a time, so it really wasn't too bothersome, but you can expect to only be able to clean about 20-30 square feet at a time before having to either empty the dirty water or refill the clean water (there are two separate tanks). Again, for cleaning small areas, this is perfect. Once you are done cleaning the carpet, this unit is very easy to clean. I would recommend this cleaner to anyone cleaning small areas and who doesn't want to spend a ton of money on a cleaner costing hundreds of dollars. It's perfect for that and does a great job.

I was honestly impressed with how well this carpet cleaner works, especially for the price. It’s very effective at pulling up dirt and pet messes from rugs and high-traffic areas. The suction is solid, and the tank system is easy to fill and empty. Despite being a compact model, it delivers great cleaning power. It’s also lightweight and easy to move around, making it great for quick cleanups or smaller spaces. If you have pets, this is definitely a great buy! Bonus praise – I had a bathroom leak that flooded part of my carpet, and this machine was a lifesaver. It did a great job quickly picking up the water, helping to speed up drying time and prevent mold. Totally worth it for everyday messes and unexpected ones.

I love this carpet cleaner! I live in an apartment and have two dogs. My plan was to rent a heavy, bulky industial carpet cleaner for the day but was told it would be $80!! I move constantly and it made more sense to invest in my own carpet cleaner. This cleaner is super light and easy to clean. The only reason why it’s 4 stars is because you will have to refill and empty this cleaner CONSTANTLY. It has very small tanks.

My daughter asked to get this unit to clean up after her aging Pomeranian. It is working very very well. It is light enough and easy enough to handle for small cleanups, and it seems powerful enough to do the whole carpet in her room and in a common area. And it is really easy to clean the carpeted stairs. We have a smaller more expensive unit, and thought it would be handy for the stairs, but it is too small and requires several passes to get the same cleaning results. This unit is very easy to use, and easy to clean. It is a very good choice. And for barely more than $100.00 it is clearly a Great value.

Works great, steal for the price! Works like any other carpet cleaner, just on a smaller scale. Bought for occasional use but mainly to clean up some fairly nasty pet stains in a bonus room and medium sized bedroom. It’s a bit of a tradeoff - tanks are small so have to empty and refill often, but it’s worth it to me as the unit is small, light and easy to store. Like some of the other reviewers have said, I was actually pretty shocked at how well it cleans. I’d highly recommend!

Ok so here is the good : Super light weight ! Even when the cleaning solution reservoir is full and the dirty water tank gets full u can literally move this with one finger ! Cleans very well. You have to spray a lot of solution that’s in cleaning tank for it to work but it works very fast and very well. My old carpet looked very very good after just one round of cleaning The bad : The engineering of the components is very interesting and is full of useless crevices and little hollow holes that not only sucks in carpet dirt wool and crud but is hell to clean ! Every time I’m done using this machine I have to sit down with at least ten q tips to take those gunk residue out for I’m sure if left behind it will affect the performance and will probably smell . THE UGLY : Cleaning the brush part is INCONVENIENT UNHYGIENEIC AND AN ABSOLUTE MESS ! First of all the brush is fixed to the machine so the only way it can come out when you have to replace it with belt and have to use tools to open the nuts and bolts . So if you wanna clean the brush that’s full of carpet wool and gunk get ready to get your hands dirty . Also the way the machine is it’s very hard to clean the dirt in the front part . Once again I had to use quarter of a paper towel roll to clean the brush part and entering those crevices where the brush is housed was painful . You have to clean the bottom of the carpet cleaner that’s a flat surface to make sure it won’t mess up the carpet that you just cleaned . Over all I think it’s a decent cleaner with a speedy brush and good suction for the price point . I preferred this on portable cleaners for u can clean it all standing up and don’t have to be on your hands and knees with small machines and do intensive labor . I wish they redesigned the assembly to help it stay clean

Ok so I haven’t had another carpet cleaner before to compare this to but I’ve had this thing for probably about 2 years now and have used is plenty of times. However, I am getting a new one for these reasons: -I feel like it does an ok job at cleaning the carpet I guess as long as it’s nothing deep or hard to clean. It could be better. -It doesn’t heat or steam by itself, you just have to put hot water and solution in it to give it that effect.. which isn’t effective. -It will not get the deep set in stains out at all, but my handheld upholstery cleaner does a better job at it than this thing does. -I vacuum beforehand, yet if the tiniest amount of fur gets sucked up, then it stops working and you have to take it apart to clean it. Yet it’s supposed to be a pet carpet cleaner? -The water tank is small, so you have to refill it often. -It just doesn’t suck up as much water as I put out which is concerning for mold/mildew reasons on my rug and hard wood floor. Ugh. -It’s a hassle to clean afterwards and gets so messy! It does however have a more compact design though, which makes it easier to store in smaller spaces, and it’s no problem bringing it up and down the stairs! And the price point is what originally sold me, so I suppose for the price it’s worth it. But I just need something better!

I got my carpet cleaner fast and in great condition. My carpet was old and in horrible shape, but in minutes it looked new again. Very easy to ssemble. Extra easy to operate, with a great suction. The clean and dirty tanks are simple to deal with. Only downside it has to be emptied often. Easy machine cleaning tip: when your finished put in clean water, place on linoleum or even concrete. Turn it on push trigger while sucking up clean water. Front pops off for extra clean window.

Great carpet cleaner. Lightweight and has great suctioning. Only con is because it’s small you do have to refill/empty a lot for large rooms

This carpet cleaner is easy to ise and gets the job done. It is lightweight and extremely easy to clean.

It's great cleaning machine. It's Lightweight. And has a smaller tank. These are good if you have chronic pain, arthritis or any other condition that makes it hard to clean and lift heavy things.

Love this product. Cleans really good. And the carpet gets dry in the same day. Easy to clean and easy to work with.

Cleaned my carpet pretty good.The water tank small ,I had to keep filling up 3 to 4 times to do one whole room.Didn’t leave carpet soak and wet after cleaning the carpet.When I finish I wipe and clean as stated in the instruction manual.Easy to use.

I can’t believe how light it is. I have nerve damage and carpal tunnel so it’s extremely helpful that it’s so light. I had to assemble it, which I thought was different but I’ve never bought a carpet shampooer before. It Was extremely simple and easy. I only have area rugs so I don’t have to do a big area. I Wouldn’t recommend it for ppl that have only carpeted homes, due to the fact you’ll be refilling the tank million times. My rugs probably 6 x 8 and i filled it twice for that just to make sure it was really clean. The suction seems good. Definitely gets hot. The carpet was really warm when I was done. I’m happy. Not a purchase I regret as of yet. Even if I had to replace it next year I still got my money worth out of it. U use very little solution and it comes With a sample bottle and a coupon for 50% off more solution. The smell is mild for the solution as well. I don’t have a a lot of experience with other shampooers but I’ve used at least 4 different brands and this one is s definitely the lightest, easiest, and more convenient of all the ones I’ve tried this far

The Bissell - TurboClean PowerBrush Pet Deep Cleaner delivers what it describes itself as. There is some assemble required that only takes minutes. The manual is easy to read and describes how to use the cleaner, when to change the dirty water in the second tank, how to fill the clean water tank, and the best way to apply the cleaner and vacuum the carpets for best results. A small downside is if you have large rooms and lots of carpet, you will need to allow yourself ample time to clean your carpets since the tanks are smaller than what you would see on a rental machine. The bonus is that you aren't renting a dirty machine and putting more dirt and pet hair back into your own carpets. I highly recommend the Bissell TurboClean PowerBrush Pet Deep Cleaner.

Great purchase! Assembly was easy as the pieces click into place (no tools required). Cleaner is easy to handle because it’s compact and lightweight, yet has great cleaning capability.
