After some security issues, while relying on built-in options, I decided to go back to third-party software for better protection. I watched hours of reviews online and read a lot of articles before settling on Bitdefender. I have been using the software for just over a year now and have to say that this is the best, easiest-to-use, third-party security software I have ever had. It works in the background with zero interruptions to my normal routine. When it catches a bad cookie or malware, it eliminates it and moves on with life. More than once, it has caught a bad link in an email that I thought was legit. I am happy to have it watching in the background. The interface is easy to learn and most importantly, system resources are not overwhelmed. I have it installed on all of the devices in the family and have peace of mind that everyone, along with my network, is protected. I recommend it to all of my friends.

Very good product. Easy to install and configure. Can monitor the installed devises from Bitdefender website. Uses very less resources. Only issue is if you forget the admin password on the devise there is no way to recover. You need to uninstall and re install it.

I had Norton but I was looking for an antivirus program that used less resources because I had an older computer. After checking reviews I went with the Bitdefender family pack so my family's other computers would be covered as well. I have used it for several months and it works great while using less resources.

Really like the family plan which make coverage simple and cost effective. I've used many security suites, and Bitdefender has proven effective, with no noticeable impact to system performance

I have used this product for 3 years on all my devices. It does appear to be doing what it's intended to do and gets good reviews from most IT websites. Until this year, I was able to get an option of unlimited devices, but it appears to not be an offering any longer. Also, the pricing seems to be increasing a bit each year, which comes with success and new / improved features. The only small concern I have with it is that it causes an OS error (Windows) to come up when it blocks certain websites instead of showing its own error message. It causes the source of the error to be very elusive. Now that I know that, though, it's a minor thing.

Been using Bitdefender for some years now. Seems like a solid anti virus, firewall plus other functions. Not the most lightweight, but it doesn't bog down a reasonably modern computer, say an Intel 4th gen. Due for another subscription and right Best Buy currently has one of the best deals on a family pack. About the family pack, now it only let you install on 15 devices, down from infinity.

I have been attacked by many viruses and suspicious activities. Bitdefender helped me to stay protected. It has been more than 3 years that I have been using it. I previously used Kaspersky but Bitdefender is better when it comes to live protection.

I'm a retired webmaster and server administrator. I used to get quite a few calls from clients asking for my assistance with removing malware or viruses from their computers. I learned many of them either had no antivirus software, they'd let it expire, never updated it, or they had inferior software. It happened so often I finally told them I wouldn't provide assistance anymore if they didn't get Bitdefender. They followed my advice, and my phone stopped ringing because Bitdefender did it's job. The family pack is a GREAT buy and does a great job keeping my phones, tablets, laptops and desktops computers virus free. I also really like the vulnerability scan that checks for updates. It's a great program overall and gets my highest recommendation.

Have been using Bitdefender for about 4 years. Have had no issues with it and I have had no viruses etc.. in that time so it seems to be doing it's job to keep my PC's safe.

BestBuy had a great deal on the Bitdefender Family pack, bought it. Very happy with the product. if you need a password manager this is not for you and the VPN is no good. everything else is great. I had a problem with a program compatibility, customer service responded quickly and solved my problem. I would recommend.

Bitdefender is easy to use, it offer a lot of settings to protect your system. I did not noticed any slowdown on my system speed (gaming pc). Price is ok when discounted I bought it at 60 for 2 years. Cons: VPN unlimited not included.

I've used Bitdefender corporate products before, but never the consumer ones. I've always had good luck with them. So far, this one seems to be working well. It is much less "naggy" about purchasing additional add-on products than my Norton 360, so I'm strongly considering switching permanently.

Good value to protect all devices. Have used Bitdefender for years without any issues.
