Great price for Bitdefender Premium Security. We feel our phones/tablets/laptops are safer with Bitdefender.

I've been using Bitdefender Premium for over five years. It catches everything. The VPN is great. I bought this for myself. But a family member got me the exact same thing. So I'm using the gift first. I tried returning the one I bought but was told digital items cannot be returned. The great thing about this is, after speaking to customer service, they told me that your subscription won't begin until you activate it. So after my current subscription expires in a year, I'll activate the other one.

Seems to have good security and easy install. I would recommend this.

I think this has gone smoothly. Last year, I bought a physical copy, as I did the year prior. I found that Bitdefender had also "auto-renewed" my subscription, so I paid for it twice. Auto-renewed copy was significantly inflated on price. This means that Bestbuy shared my credit card information, but the manager at the local store says that could not happen. I don't believe that. I did not get any reimbursement from Bitdefender for this. I tried.

Bitdefender is a product i can truely rely on for value purchasing and security. Bitdefender is always improving its product with security updates definitely during useage well before the expiration date of renewal.

This is the very first time I use this software and is very secure.

I decided to switch from another anti-virus/internet security program that I had been using for probably 10 years without any problem. It seemed like Bitdefender offered more protection. Perhaps it does, but it has caused countless problems for me. First, it's not compatible with ChatGPT-- occasionally the AI's responses will not show up because Bitdefender interferes with how ChatGPT displays its responses (ask ChatGPT about this). It's a pain to fix. Then Bitdefender is constantly popping up notifications to tell you about things it's "blocking", with no way to turn those off. Finally, the firewall protection blocks me from easily using the printers in my office. I have to turn off the firewall protection every time I go into the office. I never had any of these problems with my old software. Once my subscription is up, I won't be renewing.

Bitdefender was easy to download and has worked with no problems. Scanning is quick and updates are regular. I feel safe using Bitdefender.

This software is easy to install and has everything I need.

This software notifies me when I enter consumer sites if that particular vendor has any current or past breaches in customer information and I love it.
