I have always bought trend micro in the past but this has way better reviews in the pc world. So I gave it a chance. Haven't had any issues. So far will buy again next year.

I had to reach out to Bitdefender tech support for assistance. In addition, running Bitdefender with Malwarebytes slows my laptop. A Dell Latitude 7470 Core i7 6600U with 16 GB of ram

It took them hours to figure it out due to my issues. Yjeu were very helpful and stayed with it

I switched to Bitdefender from Norton and never looked back does not use a lot of computer resources and lite on the computer.

The Geek Squad is usually very good. In the end I did not need this product as I had no virus and when Windows did an update that morning it messed up my computer. After several different techs, my problem was resolved. I'm sure the product is well worth the money but, in my case I did not need it and if everything goes accordingly, I was told my credit card should be reimbursed. I wouldn't be without the Geek Squad.
