Crapware is a better description for this package.

Worst security software package I've ever encountered. After installing this, it slowed my computer down to a crawl--taking five minutes for booting up. it also extended loading times for web pages. This package also lacks features found in other premium security packages [such as website blocking] unless one logs into their website and then routes all traffic through their servers. The VPN is a joke--and not a very funny one at that. It continually tries to hijack my browser to route traffic through BitDefender's crappy superslow servers. Basically, this is spyware and malware being marketed as security software. I would sooner have a colonoscopy without the benefit of anesthesia than ever use this software again.
